Visual Artifacts Found in SpongeBob

I have a record from Nick Latin America from S2 and it looks pretty good, I also have a S7 ep, but it has MustardBob. I wouldn't bother with Nick Australia, as their prints for s2-3 are not amazing, also they have a 14:9 crop

They don't have dot crawl or crt right?

They have some haloing and are a bit dim
Haloing isn't as bad as CRT artifacts as it's even a problem in 4K TV screens.
I wonder if you can just find a Nickelodeon Australia stream (or at least one that works in the USA and is free) so I can analyze them myself.
and i'm wondering if Dumped has the VHS effect there. (aside from the minor haloing and looking dim)

I noticed that in Truth or Square whenever it airs on Nick there's really bad pixelization glitches around certain parts of the animation.

and is it just my CRT TV screen or does it look like Krabby Land has dot crawl on Nickelodeon USA airings?

I don't see dot crawl for Krabby Land from my TV. It looks very clean for its age (At least from what I see).

This is kind of unrelated, but how come on the Blu-ray website, it lists the SpongeBob DVDs as 480i and the 'It's a SpongeBob Christmas!' Blu-ray as 1080i instead of 480p/1080p?
https://www.blu-ray.com/movies/SpongeBob-SquarePants-Its-a-SpongeBob-Christmas-Blu-ray/88068/

Oddly enough, shows like 'Teen Titans Go!' are listed as 1080p on the site.

Did Nickelodeon not use the original progressive video master, and they just used the interlaced broadcast version? It doesn't make sense that both shows (SpongeBob and TTG) are broadcast in 1080i like most shows, but on Blu-ray/DVD, one show is 1080p and the other is 1080i.

By looking at the image, I've noticed that international versions of many SB episodes have SpongeBob more orange than yellow, like in that picture. Do you think PAL has a different color system than NTSC? I believe NTSC uses the typical RGB, but I'm not too sure. I'll try to find the NTSC image if I can so we can compare them.

Edit: Here's the U.S. version.

It was the first episode to be in HD, prior to It's a Spongebob Christmas and Extreme Spots.

I wonder if the the original video masters for all the episodes are interlaced, because on a website, we see the DVDs are listed as 480i instead of "p" and the It's a SpongeBob Christmas Blu-ray is 1080i instead of "p".

I wonder if anyone else agrees that Frankendoodle has to have the worst VHS effect there is on Nickelodeon USA airings? It looks like it was put through a CRT TV set so bad that even the black outlines get distorted at points.
