I thought SB and Pat were uncomfortably annoying, and that song was pretty bad, along with the plot not interesting me. It also was pretty boring.

I disagree with all points here.

1. SB and Pat were funny, I laughed at them several times.
2. The song was meh but it didn't last that long.
3. If the plot of that episode doesn't interest you, how do episodes like Life of Crime interest you? This episode has WAY more plot than any episode like that.
4. Boring? If that's boring, then you have a low attention span.

Sorry if I sounded offensive here, but I really disagree on this one.

1. Eh, guess taste in humor is subjective.
2. Okay, I guess, but it still detracts.
3. Life of Crime has a hilarious concept, and it has hilarious jokes to keep it flowing. I'm not saying the plot is bad, it just didn't interest me.
4. No, I thought all of the jokes were bad and the plot didn't interest me, which MAYBE is why I thought it was boring.

It's not the worst vacation episode (Patrick's Staycation), but it's far, FAR from the best (Walking the Plankton).

"I was a little disappointed with this special but It was decent. There was no mystery in this episode and some parts were boring but It was a little enjoyable. Not one of the best special or one of the best of this season. There were some funny parts in this episode like Patrick trying to stop the train (the best part of this episode), werewolf scene, Mr. Krabs saying "You need to somehow get Plankton to stop coming after me precious formula.", then SpongeBob saying "I know! To keep Gary out of the biscuit tin, I hide the biscuit tin somewhere far away, like Patrick's house! Unfortunately, Patrick ended up eating the biscuits anyway.", then Mr. Krabs saying "SpongeBob, that's it, you genius! You solved me decade's old dilemma!" and then SpongeBob saying "I'm warning you Mr. Krabs! Patrick will eat anything you give him.". I can understand why people don't like it but I thought It was good. 7.5/10
EDIT : I watched the episode again and It was better than I remembered. Don't get me wrong, It's still disappointing for a mystery special and It has couple of flaws but the episode was funny and It kept me entertaining. New rating is 8.5/10 now."

"I loved it. My favorite or one of my fav special in the whole series and basically one of my fav episode of all time. I thought that every part in this episode were and still are awesome to watch. Plankton wasn't used for most of this episode which is good. The claymation monster was a nice addition to this amazing episode as well as everyone working together and having all the main characters including Karen. I really can't ask for more in an episode, I really can't. 10/10"

"Such a shame that no one talks about this episode as much as Sand Castles in the Sand. I think this episode is not only great, but BETTER than SCitS. Why? Well, first of all, the writers make SpongeBob and Patrick annoying in a funny way. Most of the time in the newer seasons, they make SpongeBob and Patrick too oblivious, but in here, SpongeBob and Patrick's antics help Squidward in the end. Which brings me to the next reason why I love this episode. Like Band Geeks, this is one of those rare times where Squidward wins at the end. And this is in the same season where Squidward gets his toenail ripped off, kicked out of the Cephalopod Lodge, goes to boating school and gets annoyed by SpongeBob and maimed by a large person, gets trapped in SpongeBob's pineapple after a thunderstorm, gets his vacuum stolen by SpongeBob as a plot to get Squidward to visit him, and goes off a cliff and gets a slide whistle stuck in his throat. This gets an A from me."

I love the special! 10/10 the 3rd best of S7.
