#3 Hello Bikini Bottom (Sorry More_Spongebob_Sandy)

"I actually REALLY liked this one! :thumb1: You didn't see too much argument from SpongeBob & Squidward, but it still wouldn't have mattered to me. That song was AWESOME! It had a good melody. Not even Krabs bothered me, at least that much. I liked the tire jokes and the "Child's Birthday Paty" the most. I also liked how the next town's name was Next Town. xD Of course, it was rushed, though.

Also, did anyone notice that they referred back to a lot of chracters. Like the former wrestling champins in Krusty Krushers (they were also seen in "SpongeBob's Last Stand"), and Ned and the Needlefish from "Wigstruck." There was also Bert from Porous Pockets and that... guy from The Krusty Sponge. :xP:

So overall, a great episode, with no real flaws (except for Nick spoiling the whole episode with clips/trailers. Better start avoiding watching them).

One of my favorite specials. THIS is how you do a musical episode of SB.

I had to go listen to the "Never Give Up" song. Squidward and SB have great chemistry here.

25. The Wreck of Mauna Loa (Good)
24. The Donut of Shame (Good)
23. License to Milkshake (Good)
22. Squidward in Clarinetland (meh)
21. Eek! An Urchin (Haven't watch it)
20. Back to the Past (Higher)
19. Single Cell Anniversary (Good, maybe higher)
18. A SquarePants Family Vacation (Good)
17. New Digs (Good)
16. The Great Patty Caper (Good)
15. Frozen Face-Off (Higher)
14. Suction Cup Symphony (Higher, higher)
13. Perfect Chemistry (Won't put it on the top 20)
12. Chum Bucket Supreme (Good)
11. Enchanted Tiki Dreams (Good)
10. Spy Buddies (Higher)
9. Friend or Foe (Good)
8. Krabs a la Mode (Lower)
7. It's a SpongeBob Christmas (Good)
6. Sing a Song of Patrick (Good)
5. Sand Castles in the Sand (Good)
4. Plankton's Pet (Good)
3. Hello Bikini Bottom (Good)

Since Roller Cowards and Planet of the Jellyfish must be the top 2, this is a good top 10.

Actually, this episode was perfectly fine, I just think that people put it in really high regard for the same reason as Band Geeks, jumping to the musical number at the end, which while it was an amazing song, they don't seem to put the rest of the episode into play. I highly respected that there was enough substance to fill it's runtime, and a proper balance of story and comedy, which is very rare in SpongeBob specials, even from the classic era. I also liked that Plankton wasn't shoehorned into the plot, and they didn't waste their celebrity cameo, and it brought SpongeBob and Squidward closer. And of course the music was awesome, Never Give Up is probably my favorite song since Season 4. However, it did have numerous flaws, mainly surrounding the heavy mean-spiritedness. Mr. Krabs's behavior and how roughly he treated the two, taking away their existing job giving them the cheap-shot, forcing angry mobs at them, and stranding them in the middle of nowhere and while he did get punished, it did not last for a minute as he was rewarded soon after, Also following are the townspeople, who couldn't care less about the performance to be distracted b some light show, rendering the whole musical number, bonding, and satisfaction pointless, along with other things. For every good joke, there was probably some cruel joke, and SpongeBob and Squidward did play the same song every performance which got a little tedious.

I don't know if I like it or don't like it, so I'll call it a 5/10.

I can't wait for the final two! :D
BTW Hello Bikini Bottom is a great episode.

Me too kid.

People like band geeks because it is funny and epic.

#2 Planet of the Jellyfish

"Planet of the Jellyfish - 10/10

In my humble opinion, this may well be one of the best post-movie episodes out there. It's just that everything worked so well, and the gags had me laughing out loud. The plot was also so out-of-the-box, it worked perfectly. There were also some nice callbacks to older episodes.

Overall, I just found myself completely loving this episode. No real issues, just perfection. Another masterpiece by the great Mr. Lawrence."

Great episode and nice parody of sci-fi B movies like Invasion of the Bodysnatchers.

And I'm guessing # 1 is Roller Cowards
