I like this idea. Plankton's clone army would probably fail anyway, but it would still be a good episode.
 
"Jellyfish Wham!"

Squidward's practicing his clarinet outside but the twist is that he has it connected to these loudspeakers and a jellyfish overhears this noise and is highly annoyed by it so it decides to try to sting Squidward and he decides to be mean to the thing and make a scary face to the jellyfish and try to swat it. This really makes the jellyfish mad so it tries to plot revenge against Squidward by following him various places and stinging him when he leasts expects it, causing Squidward to do everything quicker and be a lot less lazy at work. Even his clarinet playing skills shortly improve under the pressure of simultaneously having to deal with a stinging jellyfish and Squiddy attracts an audience eventually that's shocked at how well he can play the clarinet under pressure. After the concert is over, the jellyfish stings Squidward's nose and Squidward actually thanks it in return for the "help."

Sandy and spongebob set up a kelp aid stand. Patrick wants to help but sandy won't let him.
 
"Keeping You on Your Toes"

Inspired by Squidward's artfulness and a program Pat was watching on TV, Patrick takes up tap dancing and loves doing it so much that he literally tap dances to everywhere that he goes until his feet wear out and he helps out people in the process amazingly. This episode would be kinda short (probably 7 minutes) and a musical but the music would mainly be just instrumental. No lyrics to most of the tunes used here and just a really simple, straightforward plot so a lot of this is depending on the timing of the animation, interesting visuals, Patrick's performance and that sort of thing.
 
The Krabby Shack

Mr. Krabs opens a shack on the beach at goo lagoon to attract more customers, like the hot dog or ice cream stands. Kind of a way to elaborate on the potential that the beginning of SB vs the Big One had but this time it would be an actual building not a surfboard. I made a concept design actually, check back soon, I'll upload it later.
 
Extraordinary Pianists.

This episode will introduce a character named, Squidella Singerson (I'll predict that she'll be voiced by either Tara Strong or Rachael MacFarlane, the latter would be a stronger candidate.), an extraodinary lady musician squid.

In this episode, we start with Squidward playing hius usual clarinet. Then, he has a call from someone, as he picks up and says, "Hello. This is some barnacle with a sad life. I'm sorry for not coming to the phone right now. If you have something to whine about, please start whining after the- *plays a note in the clarinet*" That someone on the phone is Squidella Singerson, calling to have someone play the piano. All afraid, Squidward tries to lie to her and says that he has a pianist that he taught, waiting to play her piano.

Squidward finds either SpongeBob or Patrick to play the piano. SpongeBob is willing to help, as Patrick says, "Well, you guys have fun. I'm gonna play the rock song now." Squidward teaches SpongeBob piano. SpongeBob keeps on failing, since he plays the piano with his nose, and Squidward tries to teach him with his fingers. SpongeBob asks him, "How come you have no fingers?" Which causes him to coach him piano in military training form. SpongeBob then succeeds after learning a lot from piano.

This leads SpongeBob and Squidward to the live performance on TV at the Bikini Bottom Musical Theatre. Squidella happens to be here. She tells Squidward that the contestant will never make it, while he replies, "Oh yes he will! He is classically trained in piano after learning the correct basics of piano! So he will make it!" She says, "Yeah, sure thing, Squidward." and laughs. The show goes live, and Squidward tells SpongeBob to play piano, resulting him to fail again and play with his nose, leaving him in utter shock. "See what I mean," Squidella says, "I told you." Squidward panics and tells him the correct way to play the piano, but bangs the piano with his tentacles. This resulted the crowd cheering to Squidward." SpongeBob cheers and Squidella gets her mind blown.

"I can finally be happy for the rest of my life, SpongeBob," said Squidward, "I finally did the best I could and succeeded." SpongeBob says while holding the piano trophy, "Good thing too. Because you can have the trophy that I already got." And then the episode ends with Squidella saying, "I have a headache. Please give me asprin."

"Cephalopod Heights"

Due to all the pressure and stress from work, Squidward begins to walk in his sleep and play his clarinet so loudly that people run away from him when they hear how awful his playing is and that's how SpongeBob is able to know what's going on and try to stop him from walking into a broadcast tower and waking everyone up with his clarinet playing and to save him from total embarassment.
 
"Toreador Star"

King Neptune is having trouble getting his new pet seabull to calm down and stop being so angry, so he summons Patrick over to help him since apparently he's too dumb not to be afraid of animals like this and transforms him into a seabull fighter that the bull tries to come after, but Patrick each time does something low key things and doesn't even notice the bull coming after him each time which makes the seabull angrier and angrier until he gets so tired that he falls asleep and King Neptune rewards Patrick with a buffet of donuts. Patrick eats all of them and the cartoon ends with a big explosion sound effect. The ending is Patrick having a little smile on his face as he's going to the hospital to be treated. The cartoon would start out small and get more and more funny and ridiculous with the gags.

I don't know why but I just really enjoy coming up with stories for Patrick specifically. He can be such an awesome character when he's being subtly stupid rather than outright braindead and I think with the right execution and interesting stories could carry his own episode.
 
Hm... How 'bout a double-length episode (with no Patchy) with a love triangle... er, square?, between SB, Sandy, Pearl, and Squidward?

Or maybe, using the same title, they held a concert to raise a charity for something like.. the research on suds. Lots of awesome singing and stuff.

"Ruckus Amuckus"

Plankton's relatives have been asked to leave their home for a few weeks because of a pest problem it has been having and need a new place to live since so they decide to take refuge at the Chum Bucket and make it hard for Plankton to do anything, including sleep, eat, etc and even decide to throw a noisy party that Plankton keeps trying to crash, especially attempting to throw out anything that they can use to play music with. At the end, Plankton realizes it's much easier to go with the flow and take part in making music with them too.
 
Kelpy G deserves his own episodes or even a spin off. Even though I don't care for the episodes he was in, I think he has a lot of untapped potential. In his debut cartoon, Kelpy can't figure out why his clarinet is making weird sounds like hissing, beeping and screaming noises and finds out that a ghost has been taking refuge in it so Kelpy tries to run away after figuring out and the ghost chases him (hopping around in the clarinet still) until Kelpy gets too tired to keep running and at the end, all the ghost wanted was an audience to relieve his stress. Also implied that Kelpy goes on a bus to an auditorium where he practices. Clarinet Jitters would be the name of the ep. More ideas with Kelpy coming up later.
 
"Follow the Cooler Road" (alt name: Kenny the Cat Meets Kelpy G)

Kenny the Cat makes a comeback in his own short where he's feeling glum because no one on land wants anything to do with him because of how much of a square he is. He decides to pay Kelpy a visit and this time rents his own submarine and diving equipment and Kelpy tries all sorts of things to help Kenny be confident including meditation with some of Kelpys favorite musicians which also incorporates a lot of free form and avant garde Jazz and even some classical music into the mix. Their different tastes in music keep conflicting with each other as Kenny prefers hip hop and metal music so it's a struggle for the two to see eye to eye but they eventually work it out and Kenny gains enough confidence to go home and surprised everyone with his lingo and increased musical knowledge but is still embracing himself too.

I'd probably redesign Kenny slightly but yeah.
 
Since Halloween is coming up, I'd figure I talk about my idea for a SpongeBob Halloween special, with three stories, similar to Simpsons' Treehouse of Horror episodes.

Tales of Terror in Bikini Bottom.

The episode starts out where we see kids go trick or treating. Then, a giant robot cyclops scares the children away while giving them candy. The robot in question is controlled by Sandy, SpongeBob, and Patrick. SpongeBob reminds Patrick and Sandy that there is a Halloween Party at the Krusty Krab that night, and they'll even tell scary stories. The scariest story gets to have Candy Patties (the Halloween equivalent to a Krabby Patty, but with candy corns). As they go to the Krusty Krab, Mr. Krabs, appearing in his Screaming Clam costume, announces the welcome to everybody in the party. Squidward tells his story first...

Story 1: Clarinetenstein.

Squidward practices his clarient for the concert on Friday that night, but his clarinet was broken after being outdated for years, but then, he saw a commercial on TV that there is a monster clarinet for everybody to buy. Squidward orders via phone, and then when it arrives, he sees that there are parts that need to screwed together. He creates a monster clarinet, named Carly. She comes to life, and actually talks, resulting him to be happy as they hang out together. But then, as he is about to play her, she says no, and if he does, she'll automatically eat him up.

So scared, Squidward tries to destroy the monster, so he uses his old, broken clarinet to play and it somehow lets her die. Squidward then remembers that he still has a concert that night, so he takes an old clarinet, and he gets booed offstage.

Story 2: Bride of Patrick.

Patrick is lonely in his house, so he calls Sandy to create a girlfriend. He arrives to Sandy's teadome, as she creates a girlfriend monster. The monster has wooden legs, robot left-hand, monkey right-hand, and the rest of the body from a rare, dead starfish. She comes to life as she is named, Patricia. They fall in love, and go on many dates, such as in the park, or having ice cream. Then, Patrick gets bored with her, and Patricia complains that she should spend time with her again. When Patrick said no, Patricia goes on a rampage, destroying the house, as well as Squidward's abd SpongeBob's.

Patrick finds a way to destroy her, and that's with his bad breathe. He breathes on Patricia, causing the monster to die. He then has to clean up Bikini Bottom from the destruction.
