New SB episode ideas

How about an episode with none of the main cast in it? No Mr. Krabs, SpongeBob, Squidward or any of those characters.

I think a solo Larry the Lobster ep might work.
Make it a Larry and Squiliam episode, and I'm totally game!

Clarinet Woes
Since Squidward is sad that he still stinks at clarinet, Sandy makes a special clarinet that takes little to no skill to play.

Sponge-Fi: The Krusty Krab introduces internet access and SpongeBob was given a new smartphone. However, a lot of other people had a similar idea, and got extremely addicted to them. SpongeBob and Sandy are the only ones left to fix this mess.

I'd like to see:

- a special where Mr. Krabs and Plankton team up against a ruthless criminal from the past (TattleTale Strangler, Dennis, etc...although with Dennis it would be all the characters and possibly the same with TTS). When the criminal has Mr. Krabs by the ropes, Plankton thinks about just letting it happen so he can finally grab the formula. However, with the formula already stolen by the criminal, or a tag team of criminals, Plankton uses his technology or some other means to defeat the bad guys. He tells Mr. Krabs that he couldn't live life without trying to steal the formula and all goes back to normal.

- Sandy introduces more sports to the underwater creatures. And for the record, rodeo is not a sport even if ESPN shows it. There's already a sports team somewhere under the ocean that has heard that Bikini Bottom is starting their own team so they challenge them to a match. The main characters are down at intermission but come back by using their body abilities (as seen in "The Bully" with SpongeBob being an actual sponge absorber) to score.

That sounds a lot like the new movie's plot

I have more Ideas!! Yayyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!!!!! And these are fresh ideas, and only of these ideas features a different character entirely as It's hard to come up with ideas for the other ones.

Charades A No No! This would be a short where Squilliam is entertaining some people be doing different charades, which are so good that when he's then choking on a fly that got In his throat, everyone still thinks he's doing charades. Until Squidward comes along and saves Squilliam, In which he decides to never play charades again, then off screen he complains and freaks about the fly being in his mouth while Squidward smirks.

The Dutchman's Farewell! An old, mysterious gypsy visiting Bikini Bottom finally helps the Flying Dutchman by finally putting him to rest.

The Headless Octopus! Just like Graveyard Shift, Squidward tells another spooky story about an octopus who lost his head. And hearing this story, Squilliam decides to give them a good scare and gets a can of Invisible spray [like in Pranks Alot] and sprays his entire head, face and unibrow, then changing clothes Squilliam goes and scares Squidward, SpongeBob Patrick and Mr.Krabs.

Fabulous Lier! Squilliam angers some kind of witch by lying to her, [you can guess what that lie was] angry she puts a curse on him to where, which every lie he tells make him grow bigger until he's a giant. And the only way to cure it is to admit that he has been lying.

Deep Sea No-hitters: Mr. Krabs and SpongeBob start a baseball team at the Krusty Krab; Plankton also assembles a team of robot players.

Usually an episode where they show popular modern technology (or anything popular today) usually ends up bad. See this tvtropes

An episode that is entirely live-action for no reason, with the characters played by their voice actors. The fact that it is live-action is never acknowledged in any way and everybody watching feels profoundly unsettled.

PS: In order to comply with Standards & Practices, Rodger Bumpass would have to wear pants.

SOMETHING OUTSIDE OF THE KK. :p

Just an episode something around playing with their imagination (Idiot Box, The Snowball Effect, The Paper) and Squidward gets interested in it. Something around the basics such as bubble blowing, slide whistling and Jellyfishing can be done right possibly. Also, a Larry, SpongeBob and Sandy episode. When's the last time those three ever did something together legit? Season 1? I'd love to see character development and their relationships. Because all we've seen (even from that Nick 4-D ride when the three were together) was SpongeBob being jealous of either the attention Larry got from everyone, muscles, and etc. Please no Patrick, I like the episodes where SB has to think for just himself.

Also Jibbix and I talked about this the other day, there should be a future MM&BB ep where SpongeBob and Patrick talk about how some fans have recently been talking about how the New Adventures has declined compared to the original series. It could briefly be discussed, they stare at the camera and move on. It would be a great joke towards pre/post. :p

They would have to find someone who sounds like Ernest Borgnine to voice Mermaid Man in future MM&BB episodes in order for those episodes to happen. There's also a chance that Tim Conway might pass away in the future, they will have to replace him with another actor as well.

I'm pretty sure the role would go to MM's video game voice, Joe Alaskey.

I just looked him up and he's pretty good. I honestly don't think they will replace his tv character but they will probably make more game appearances using Joe.

I feel like it would be the same statement for Tim

I actually wasn't even thinking the movie plot when I was thinking about this the other day. I would want it to be an underwater creature, though.

an episode where squidward shows sympathy for spongebob.
depends.... Nah, that won't really happen. Or will it? You're kinda confusing me... Good idea though.

Not SYF beceause Squidward said he hates SpongeBob a lot and he only saved him because he wanted him to be the frycooker at Krusty Krab. SYF isn't a good example of SpongeBob and Squidward's relationship.

"You know I hate you, right? Well, I hate the smell of burning krabby patties even more."-Squidward Tentacles
Now THAT is an underrated SB quote.

Yeah, most of the stuff I've seen involving technology suck. But looking at how good Season 9 is, I'm sure if it's executed well enough and has enough jokes outside the scenario it could be good.

Mr. Krabs gets a business credit card thinking he'll save himself and The Krusty Krab some money cause of the rewards that are on the card. He makes the mistake of taking out a big cash advance and his whole financial life is in dire straits unless he can actually give up some of his actual money to the debt collector gangsters after him, especially this one brutal collector who said that he tore apart the someone's limbs and eye sockets and beat the dude senseless until he was able to give up everything he had. It's up to SpongeBob to help and train Mr. Krabs to control his cheapness for this situation and yes, Krabs desperately goes to SpongeBob for help and says that he'll do anything to change his miserly ways. Parody of one of those 12 step programs would be in this episode.
