Yeah, Help Wanted was animated under Games Animation before it's name change. (production on the Pilot began shortly after Rocko ended and was completed in November of 1997)

Hooky/MM&BB II were markerbob, just cel animated.

I think markerbob uses colored outlines as much as normal animation does, we just think markerbob uses colored lines more often because they're more noticeable.

Dot crawl and darker colors make episodes look older. 1997 was the last year where cel animation was fully dominant, most shows started off digital around 98/99
