Double markerbob too, season 2’s finale was also double markerbob. Season 3 was the odd one out because SpongeBob Meets the Strangler has normal animation even though it was paired up with Pranks a Lot.

I give noodlebob different names. The looser ones are spaghetti noodlebob episodes, the more stiff ones are elbow noodlebob

It looks like nick hired some animators from a bad neighborhood to make those episodes as opposed to rough draft. It looks like bootleg bob ghettopants

Along with Sandy's Rocket which was almost worse imo but what saved it was the space theme

Budget was shorter when they produced Teenage Gary/Sandy's Rocket/Tea at the treehouse etc so i guess when Hooky and Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy II came out they hired better animators

The animaton looks really off here. I think it was produced a lot earlier then its ordered.

The episode still has that late season 1 aura, it could’ve just been the animators themselves

I use to think, Patty Caper, Gone and Not Normal were season 5 episodes due to the animation
