That's because the guide is wrong

Then what aired? Was it not Spin the bottle and Sponge in my soup?

Disclaimer I haven't seen it yet due to having a busy weekend, so I'm going by the guide and what it says I recorded. So going by the screenshot, I didn't see Sportz.

Oooh, ok! So Spin the bottle was real. But not Sponge in my soup.

It got mucked up because Sponge In My Soup is the production partner episode of Sportz, which wasn't even in the same season as Spin The Bottle. Must be a thing for your guide.

why couldn't they have done an episode about toyz instead of sportz (both spelled wrong on purpose cause of the title)

Stop hating this is the greatest episode of the entire show. 12/10. Not quite as amazing as Truth or Square but it's up there.

I was legit expecting to hate this episode when I've heard so much crap from people but guess again, I found this to be just dull af. I suppose I'll give them a credit. Squidward's punishment was well deserved, even though it was SpongeBob and Patrick that ruined his day but he was no better than them. Sandy kicking Squidward's butt was a bit satisfying and yo mama joke was actually funny (weird how I laughed at that, considering Billy and Mandy overused that awful joke for so long). Rest? It's one gag. Characters get hurt. That's the episode. Such a shame, they could have done something so much fun with it and having Sandy interact with Squidward was good but it's just another SpongeBob and Patrick being so oblivious to the situation and Squidward being a jerk. Yawn. I've seen this type of episode so many times and I'm so tired of season 10's slapstick humor. It was nothing awful because it was just nothing.

Grade: C-

Squidward was so OOC. I know he hates SB and Patrick but he wouldn't hurt them physically in character.
It is in character for Squidward now. It has been since Season 7.
I haven't watched this episode yet, but I sure am looking forward to it! GO SANDY! :sbthumbs:
(Seriously, why does SB, Pat and Sandy all get more hate than Squilliam? It just don't make sense at all. :bullshrimp:)

Perhaps because Squilliam isn't a main character.

All Squilliam does is bullying Squidward. Intentionally. I honestly don't see the popularity for him. And what's wrong with being a main character? ( SB, Pat and Sandy, that is.)

Squidward has been one dimensional since season 4. SpongeBob and Patrick even more so in seasons 6-8.

I beg to differ. Squidward's character never changed that drastically in season 4. Maybe he has been one-dimensional somewhere in season 6, but not before or after that season.

I don't think Spongebob and Patrick have ever been one dimensional. Squidward have been since Season 6, at least.

Season: 10

Episode: Sportz?

This episode was very bad. The plot was mediocre. It was like a bad season 6 episode. All characters were annoying except for Sandy. There were few funny jokes. 4.5/10
