Description: Cecil Star appears in Kamp Koral. He visited Patrick while he was at Kamp Koral and decided to stay. He later became popular in the camp and the campers chose Cecil as the new camp master. Mr. Krabs, Mrs. Puff and Plankton tried to stop him from becoming the camp master but failed. Cecil later had to leave due to his family wanting him to go home.
