This logo gives me major goosebumps

here's a lesson: never read Creepypasta or certain TV Trope page that cotain scary stuff (i highly recommended NOT to read The Nightmare Fuel trope).
I read the Nightmare Fuel trope and it didn't really scare me. THOMAS THE TANK ENGINE has a very long nightmare fuel page. Out of all things, that actually disturbed me.

okay why is it that most of the/these logos from the 1970s+ (until the later '90s) involve some ominous space background or [dark] solid color background, and either giant 3D-esque letters or neon-ey/bright letters? Dunno, maybe it was "cool" in the '70s to have things like this because "[exploring] outer space was new" or something idk.

There actually IS an answer to this. The 1970s was the start of an era where graphic animation, CGI, and synthesizers seemed very futuristic and were quite popular. The people who made the logos saw this new technology took it for granted and used them very sloppily and usually, the logos turn out very horribly done, and sometimes, scary.

That's how you get crappy logos specifically from the 70s to the 90s that wouldn't be so scary if the technology was used well.

I have an idea. I might be able to make a video of my voice giving opinions on different famously scary logos. Of course, I would warp my voice for security reasons, and the editing may not be amazing because I will most likely have to use Movie Maker for it.

Emm, nice idea, but voice editing sounds too odd most of the time, and it would probably distract from the video itself. You could try slight editing, though.

You have an account on there?
Yeah (Heck, I was the one who posted the videos for the Comedy Central page), but I don't use it often.

Wait, you're a writer?

Yeah, like examples of stuff you would improve and such.

sweet.
P.S, what's with the Atlas International music? It doesn't fit anything.

There's something really, really scary about the Oz Film Company logo, that I can't put my finger on. It's not creepy like the others, with the cheap effects and (perhaps) scare jumps- This one is very old, and the sad, slow music is just.. I don't know.

I think it's the fact that it's just a decapitated head of a woman staring at you.

I made a new video, and it has more well-known logos. :)
Hold on, you made these? How / why did you distort your voice?
