The New Scary Logos Topic

BTW, the vanity card with the woman shushing the movie theater that comes after The Simpsons is also rated 'nightmare' xD
It is A LITTLE creepy. The music just sounds really distorted to me.

Out of all the ones posted in the original topic, I'm surprised THIS one didn't get more interest:

That isn't that scary. The laugh is a bit unsettling, though

You know what?

I'm going to stop going to that page.

Look up the PFFR logo. It's a vanity plate for the short-lived Adult Swim show Delocated. You'll either think it's gross and funny or disturbing and nightmarish.

Here are my 10 scariest logos.

10. Dark Castle Entertainment - This logo would be 5 positions higher if it weren't for the production value. It starts with a jump-scare gargoyle in lightning. Then the camera zooms out, the gargoyle's eyes glow, and it roars very loudly. Then, the camera zooms out even more until it zooms completely out so you can see the castle in front of a giant yellow-white moon. This logo would be much higher, but its effects is extremely impressive. Seriously, watch the logo a few times. Once you're used to the jump-scare, you can appreciate the very beautiful nature of the logo. This logo is surprisingly scary in a good way.
9. PFFR Productions - I know I mentioned this one already earlier in the topic, but I need to restate this again. This is one of the grossest logos out of all of these 'scary' logos. It's this very poorly drawn mutant guy with a huge head and he's crapping blood out of a butt that has eyes. It also has the words PFFR flashing on the sides, and the sound is a guy saying stuff in a slow cracking-door voice. This is the most recent out of any of these logos. It is from 2010 and was only shown during the show Delocated on Adult Swim. P.S. That show was awful. Never watch the show.
8. a.K.a. Cartoon Halloween Variant - NEVER watch this plate at night. I watched the Halloween episode of Ed, Edd, n Eddy late an night because I was bored, and the logo, covered in blood, and with the scary music just pops up and makes me crap myself. I used to be scared of all variations, but honestly, it's only this one I'm scared of now.
7. Oz Film Company - An extremely bombed Wizard of Oz-themed movie company existed in the 30s, and their logo was a head of a normal woman with a weird crown on and a very mocking smile. It would be much higher if it wasn't for the fact that the woman looks human enough to not be too scary.
6. ScreenGems S from Hell - This is arguably the most famous scary logo of them all. This one; it took me a couple of days to figure out why it was so scary, but I realized it's the music. THE MUSIC. Oh my god, the music crawls down your spine in a way no other sound has even done.
5. View Askew Productions - Basically, what this logo is is a creepy old clown in lingerie next to a small boy playing with a ball while melancholic music is playing. It sounds scary, but the horrible animation doesn't do much at all to my case.
4. Viacom V of Doom - When at first watch, I was confused on why people were so scared of it, but I soon realized that the Viacom logo zooming very fast to you along with the creepy synth music is extremely unpleasant
3. DiC - Talk about pedophilish. The little child in bed and then the word DiC out of nowhere with a kid saying it gives you severe heebie-jeebies
2. Dan Curtis Productions "Eyes Variant" - Dan Curtis is a really old horror movie company, and their vanity plate with a close-up of a guy with really bad blood-shot eyes will scare the crap out of you every time you see it
1. VID - There is no reason for this not to be #1. The disturbingly fast ball sequence and the scary statue just makes it into pure nightmare fuel. Russia has had some bad ideas, but oh my god.

Here's a visual collection of all 10 logos

10. Yes, it is indeed scary when you first see it. I saw a second time, and quickly got used to it. Agree with this.
9. Never saw it, but judging from your description, never will.
8. I honestly never found this logo or the other variants scary at all, because I always looked forward to seeing this logo at the end of my favorite Cartoon Network show, but your description is agreeable.
7. Oh, yes! When I saw the picture of it, I found myself running away from my computer! I think I even had a nightmare where she zoomed up to me, and ate me! ._.
6. Not really scary at all. Even the music didn't frighten me, but I understand now.
5. Never saw it.
4. I saw twelve videos of this, and I still don't get spine chills. Understandable, but not scary to me.
3. The early variants are scary, no contest. But, the later versions will always be memorable for me. I always see this at the end of "The Legend of Zelda"!
2. Never saw it.
1. God, yes. There are no other words to describe how scary as heck this is. I think someone is calling me... bye, now...

10: It's more artsy than scary.
9:Nah. It looks like it was on 12 oz mouse. Besides, I used to make that voice all the time when I was in Preschool.
8: You know, i don't find them scary. The FIRST time, maybe, but you always expect it after that anyways.
7: Er...
Ever seen the purple variant that's muted? I got stuck with THAT one.
6:HOW IS THIS SCARY
5: You mean the guys that made Clerks? HOW could that be scary?
4: ...no argument here.
3: pleasant dreams
2: Eh.
1:OF COURSE

Okay, just reading about that "distorted version" gave me enough creeps to have tiny tears well up (...i have ocd/anxiety so its best i dont click on any links there at this point)

But that isn't real. That's been mocked up to look scary.
