Dang. That scene didn't work. New plan. Go to youtube, type in Spongebob episodes, once you enter click date added, scroll down, and you'll see the video called the Procrastinator and that's the one.

The scene shows SpongeBob looking out the window at everyone having fun outside, and shows Patrick rubbing sun tan lotion on Sandy. It also shows a racecar crashing when SpongeBob imagines getting his license.
