Whenever they say it's a "preview" with animation they always give you the full first episode. That's actually what happened with SpongeBob.

It was just an exaggeration saying that usually every show has one of those characters.

Okay. I finally watched all the clips. The animation is really nice even though for some reason, I kinda think they could have chosen a better voice for Star and the theme song I honestly didn't think much of either. I think the show might be sort of the middle of hit and miss for me and will be something I'll watch from time to time, though not too often. Just in a casual way.

I actually don't mind the voice because I like Eden Sher on The Middle.

Like Award says, a lot of shows tend to have the happy-go-lucky character type.

It's nice that this is the first female-created show for Disney X D (and I think this is one of the few female-created Disney cartoons, period). There really aren't that many cartoons created by women these days, except for Steven Universe and MLP: FiM.

At least he has other emotions. Remember when he strangled Krabs in Can a You Spare a Dime? And there's times when he's annoyed at the situation. Characters like these may have that emotion, but only for a split second.
