MIND TRIP: Being held responsible for his rival's accident, Squidward is placed in the hospital with a coma and is visited by Squilliam and SpongeBob everyday. Feeling guilty about the accident Squilliam talks and apologies everyday but feels as If it's not enough. Wanting to actually communicate with Squidward better, SpongeBob then teaches Squilliam how to enter into Squidward's dreams, (Like the episode Sleepy Time where SpongeBob enters his friend's dream while having an out of body experience.) since SpongeBob's is positive that Squidward is trapped in a dreamworld.

Learning and practicing SpongeBob's "Astral Projection" technique, Squilliam convinces the doctors to let him stay the night so he can Astral Project and enter into Squidward's dream. Having successfully entered into Squidward's dreams, (Mind) Squilliam journeys through Squidward's mind to find his actual rival and not just a projection of his rival, one of which being a younger Squidward who's believes himself to be a failure. He encounters some rather terrifying imagery within Squidward's mind, one of which is Squidward himself. Who wouldn't be overly pleased to see Squilliam invading the privacy of his mind.

(EPISODE TITLE UNKNOWN) Following the discovery of ancient bones, scientists realize these bones belong to that of an legendary, giant octopus monster. Whilst on his way to observe these bones being displayed at the museum, Squilliam gets involved in a accident that leaves him with broken bones and in need of surgery. In need of bone reconstruction, some rouge scientists secretly give the millionaire a bone transplant, with plans to revive and control the ancient beast. Only after his recovery does Squilliam realize what his So-called doctors have done and is furious however, the bones in question turns its host, {Squlliam} into the ancient beast of legend, that results in him attacking Bikini Bottom. Now it's up for SpongeBob, Patrick, Sandy and Squidward to save Bikini Bottom from the giant monster's attack. But will they also be able to help Squilliam? Plus can Squidward soothe his savage rival with his clarinet?
 
SpongeBox- A mystical box traps SpongeBob inside and transports him to the Otherworld Dimension; a place similar to Bikini Bottom but in a different ocean. SpongeBob must get used to the different customs and attempt to find his way back.

NOSTALing- SpongeBob must help Patrick open up to someone he likes, another star fish. Hence the title name, the episode is recreated using the nostalgic format used in Seasons 2 and 3.
 
To Sabotage a Squirrel: After Mr. Krabs witnesses a karate match between SpongeBob and Sandy, he decides to take advantage of Sandy's skills by hiring her at the Krusty Krab. She outperforms SpongeBob, eventually making him jealous- to the point of attempting to sabotage her to get her fired.

The Thug Tug Tyrant- An episode that focuses on the unshown events taking place within the thug tug in "No Weenies Allowed"- also how Sandy went from being called "tree rat" by her fellow patrons to asserting her dominance over all of them- gaining some sort of rulership over the establishment, but eventually her pride begins to get out of control. Ends with SpongeBob slipping on an ice cube.

Encounters of the Squid Kind - Squidward gets a makeover, but to SpongeBob and Patrick, look suspiciously like... an alien!

Karen's Got a Virus - Plankton needs a charger for Karen, so he buys a used one from a yard sale, but it has a virus in it and eventually infects Karen...

Infestation Anonymous - after an infestation hits the majority of Bikini Bottom, SpongeBob sprays his pineapple to become probe from it, but why is it slowly deteriorating?

Krustraphobic - it's closing time at the Krusty Krab, but the doors are locked and it wasn't Me. Krabs, so who could it be and how can they get out?

The Krusty Kopycats - a new trend has hit Bikini Bottom to copy recipes of multiple restaurants across the sea, but will anyone figure out the secret formula for the Krabby Patty to copy the whole recipe?

Sister Sam Returns - Patrick's bigger sister, Sam, returns in search of a job at the Krusty Krab, but soon develops interests of Mr. Krabs, eventually making her his favorite employee and SpongeBob tries to get her fired!

Krabs and Kalamari - Squidward and Mr. Krabs develop a friendship together, completely altering Squidward's personality and eventually SpongeBob's lifestyle!

The Karnival Krab- when the fair comes to Bikini Bottom, Mr. Krabs sets up a stand, meanwhile SpongeBob gets into a lot of hijinks at the rest of the carnival!

Invincible Bob - SpongeBob forgets about his invincibility he first realized in The Bully and so he gets over himself and gets into situations that not even his sponginess can save!

Gift Shop Lagoon - Mr. Krabs opens up a gift shop on the Goo Lagoon, but has to eventually take responsibility of other duties at Goo Lagoon, and it's driving him insane!

SpongiForm - a new disease from SpongeBob's case of the suds develops and turns others into SpongeBob when they come in contact with anything with this new disease on it, and the antidote is what SpongeBob hates most, but he almost loves everything!
 
Alternate storyline for Atlantis: Squidward becomes revered by the Atlantis people when he and Squilliam discover the lost city of Atlantis when boarding an unknown bus due to them having one of their rivalry arguments. Squidward gets treated as royalty, while Squilliam's ignored, causing him to be jealous but also confused. Considering the people of Atlantis are ignoring him, this soon leads Squilliam into discovering that these ancients are planning to actually sacrifice Squidward to their monstrous pet tomarrow night as tradition. Despite his jealously, Squilliam now must halt their ritual and rescue Squidward. Unbeknownst that he's still being watched even when ignored by the people. So when he realizes that Squidward's sacrificial ceremony is starting early due to his discovery, Squilliam now has to figure out how to rescue Squidward when he's already lured into the arena, ontop of avoiding being captured by the people of Atlantis.
 
The Sponge Bros. Fairytales - A group of episodes like The Legends of Bikini Bottom or SpongeBob's Roadtrip where the characters recreate/parody classic fairytales. I was also thinking the episodes could have a framing device such as it's all just really SpongeBob reading Gary a bedtime story.
 
Concept for a new Squilliam episode:

"Squid Goals" (i hate myself for that title) - When Squidward gets it through SpongeBob and Patrick's heads that he is not their friend, they end up becoming friends with Squilliam instead, making Squidward jealous.
 
"You are my Successor?" a 2-hour finale event

Synopsis: SpongeBob, Patrick, Sandy, Squidward, and Mr. Krabs go above the surface to Viacom's HQ to find the next big thing

This is similar to the episode of Teen Titans GO where the Titans go to WB's HQ

The episode will be full of fourth-wall jokes
