Nah, I want an all out brawl between Squidward and Squilliam in the show that'll never happen.
 
a. Bubble Blowing Battle - SpongeBob and Patrick go to the Oyster Stadium at the Bikini Bottom Zoo to compete in a bubble blowing competition, but SpongeBob and Patrick meet trouble in the final round...

b. Gumshoe Nephews - When the new order of buns goes missing and Spongebob gets the Suds once again, the best detectives Mr. Krabs knows are his nephews, and they are on the case!
 
SharePants: SpongeBob and Patrick play a game of sharing a pair of pants, but too many people join in on the fun
 
Who stole the Treasure?: SpongeBob and Patrick get framed and kicked out for a supposed crime of robbing a "national treasure" now spongebob and Patrick going to find that treasure and clean there names meanwhile this villainous character who framed them is trying to take over Bikini Bottom.

I would love that this villain would had guest voice or be voiced by Mark Hamill.

I said this is based on a dream i had once. Who Stole the Treasure? Would be a Two Part Special.
 
The Square truth:Patchy the pirate finds out he is Spongebob, and realizes he's his own biggest fan.
 
Dear Pirates: SpongeBob wants to learn more about pirates so he sends a letter to pirates and he, Squidward, Patrick, Sandy and Mr Krabs gets shanghaied but captain who was driving the boat is Patchy The Pirate who finally meets SpongeBob
 
"One Bad Meal" - Patrick can't get a Krabby Patty for lunch so he waits on the street to get run over.

Just One More Bite!: Just like Squidward, Squilliam is forced to try a Krabby Patty because the bottommites realized that Bikini Bottom's celebrity has never had a Krabby Patty, plot twist, Squilliam likes it but is embarrassed by it. Squidward relates to this, revealing that (secret confession.) he remembers his first Krabby Patty. this would be a Squidward and Squilliam bonding episode.
 
I've got lodes of ideas, but here are my Top 10
10. Science Squid - Squidward finds out Squilliam is competing in a science competition, and asks Sandy for help.
9. The Karen-ula - After Plankton says that Karen has got no chance of stealing the formula, Karen tries to prove she has a chance.
8. Gary in a Bubble - Gary gets stuck in a bubble, and SpongeBob thinks that popping it would break his shell.
7. The Second Fry Cook Games - SpongeBob refuses to take part in the Fry Cook Games, so Mr. Krabs tries to make him.
6. Squid vs. Sponge - Squidward challenges SpongeBob to a boxing match.
5. Plankton's Formula - Stinky from "Friend or Foe" is about to die, and Plankton decides to steal his formula.
4. The Underwater Narrator - Gary gets the abillity to speak to the narrator, and gets scared.
3. Patrick's College Thing - Patrick goes to college.
2. Mrs. Puff Gets the Licence - Mrs. Puff loses her boating licence, and SpongeBob tries to find it.
1. Arguble Squid - Plankton meets Squilliam, who makes fun of him for being tiny, so he teams up with Squidward to defeat him, while Potty makes fun of Patchy for having an eyepatch.

University of Squid - as Squidward stated in Drive Thru, he never went to college. He decides to enroll as an undergraduate and gets accepted, but in one of his classes, his professor: Squilliam Fancyson.

Denture Adventure - as stated in A Friendly Game, Squidward has dentures. When his dentures get loose one morning, he searchs all over Bikini Bottom to find them and make sure nobody knows he even has dentures!

Krusty and Co. - the Krusty Krab hires more employees for extra help, including a new fry cook. SpongeBob's duty is now janitor. Though, the new fry cook makes Squidward change his behavior between SpongeBob...

Pearl's New Shoes - new shoes came out and Pearl wants them really bad! Mr. Krabs refused to pay for it nor give her an allowance, so she must earn her own money or face peer pressure from her peers. But which path will her heart follow?

Science Simpleton - Sandy is going to show her new invention at a science convention in New Kelp City and SpongeBob tags along, along with his reputation from previous times at New Kelp City...

Eggs-celent Hospitality - the bivalve from Rock-a-Bye Bivalve is an adult now and returns with his babies and wife to stay with SpongeBob in the daytime and Patrick at nighttime
 
Museum Pals: SpongeBob and Squidward goes to the museum where they see how Bikini Bottom was made but SpongeBob finds more interesting details in a secret room
 
To Fear Or Not To Fear: As Halloween roles around again, Squidward and Squilliam get locked accidentally in a haunted house (a Real Scary haunted house to, not some childish haunted house either.) so the two have to figure out a way to escape and, most importantly, not show the other they're afraid.
 
a. The Return of Patrick-Man - when Mermaidman and Barnacle Boy are taking a nap, Patrick-Man must monitor Shady Shoals so his heroes won't get hurt.

b. Time Tirade - when SpongeBob's watch is set to the wrong time, his whole day gets out of order!

a. Alternative Boating School - Mrs. Puff decides to send SpongeBob to an alternative boating school, but he is willing to return no matter what...

b. Deep Sea Drilling - drills have came down to Bikini Bottom and Plankton sees it as his new scheme.

a. Restless in Bikini Bottom - it's nighttime at Bikini Bottom, but noises are disturbing everyone's sleep...

b. The Kelpminister Kennel Club Snail Show - SpongeBob enters Gary in a snail show, but Gary's competitors are some familiar faces... of his enemies.

a. Rex vs. Gary - Patrick adopts Rex, the worm from the shelter and becomes rivals with Gary, interrupting SpongeBob and Patrick's friendship

b. Goo Mall Lagoon- Goo Lagoon becomes an indoor water park at the Bikini Bottom Mall, but it just isn't the same...
 
The Plot Hole - Suddenly, Spongebob began to notice all the contradictions in the events of the past and places where he spends a lot of time (rooms in his house, locations of the treedome and The Krusty Krab) gradually trying to find the truth behind this madness.
Could be an interesting special, to my mind. Show could get too self-aware at times, so...

SpongeTron Saves the Sea - the futuristic and sentimental tale about how SpongeTron, from SB-129 saves the entire sea, includes an epic battle!

PlankBob TonPants - after seeing the salsa imbicellus plan fail, Plankton decides to put his DNA in SpongeBob's drink and he slowly becomes Plankton, but soon takes over Plankton's life...

Chummy Course - Plankton finds out chum is very popular in other parts of the sea and he decides to open a food truck selling chum, but the phenomenon is short-lived, unlike Plankton's persistence.
