Do You Feel Tired of SB?

I'm kinda tired of watching this show too. After I review every episode of this show, I'll stop watching this show a little but I'll continue watching new episodes. Now I'm addicted to Adventure Time, Family Guy, Steven Universe and Wander Over Yonder more

There are some episodes that I've seen 100+ times, but I'm still not sick of them. Seasons 6-7 are a different story, though.

No, actually. I mean, I'm not completely into it, but I'm excited when there's a new episode. If there's a good episode on, I'll watch it. Sometimes I'll change the channel because it's a bad one or I've seen it so many times, but for the most part, I'm still into it.

Being not entirely obsessed with the show helps me find the line of moderation. I'm not going to get tired of the show, simply because I haven't sweat a bit. I watch the show, I love it, but I'm not going to chase it all away like a bunch of hyenas.

No, but certain episodes get me tired.
I've seen every episode at least 5 times (With the exceptions of: Safe Deposit Krabs, Are You Happy Now?, SpongeBob you're fired, and maybe two or three others).
This is my watching schedule:
At home, I'll watch episodes I haven't seen on cable once. If there's a certain episode that I really want to watch again, or an episode a friend wants to see, I'll stream it through Amazon Instant Video on a Roku device.
At my grandparents house, I watch reruns and DVDs all the time (around 6 episodes per day- I know, it's unhealthy).
Anywhere else, I usually don't have time to watch SpongeBob. Sometimes I'm able to catch an episode or two in my hotel room.
Actually, I sort of go through peroids where I'm really obsessed with the show and then move on. I'm in the middle of one of those peroids right now.

I've only just started watching for, probably a few mouths, so I don't see myself getting tired of SpongeBob anytime soon.

Don't watch it as much Nick airs it. That's what I can tell you. ;)

I do get minor obsessions that could come close to SpongeBob, but they usually last one or two weeks, rarely longer. My SpongeBob obsession has lasted almost 10 years :P so I won't get tired soon :)

I am obsessed with SpongeBob too. I have been obsessed since I was 13 1/2.

I'm not tired of SpongeBob. Simply because I'm not so into it as I used to be.

When I feel that urge of tiredness to SpongeBob, I take a break from it. Like the first time I got tired of it when the show began to rapidly change and I felt displeased with it... I grew tired of it and didn't care for SpongeBob anymore, old or new. I forgot why I loved it so much, why it was so special, why it meant so much to me. I forgot the feeling I had when I watched the first episode, thinking it was the most wonderful thing in my life. I forgot all of those feelings. I stopped watching it and gave up on it while I moved on to other things I found more enjoyment in... Doctor Who premiered the same year (2005) I gave up on SpongeBob so I jumped on that train and loved that. It wasn't until the 10th anniversary when I began watching the marathon... I missed most of it and it was showing newer episodes which I didn't care for. Fast-forward a few years later... I was searching Youtube and decided to visit all of these old shows I loved dearly like Hey Arnold!, Rugrats, CatDog, etc... how could I leave out my once favorite cartoon? SpongeBob?

So I grabbed out my Season Three set and the first episode I really watched in I don't know how long was Help Wanted. The episode that started the obsession for me. When I watched it , it reminded me of the humor that I laughed and still laugh at... brought me back to the time when I first watched it. The excitement. After it was finished, I watched more and more in order and I realized then... it was never a bad show, the episodes I loved never went bad, they were still good. I didn't become obsessed with it, of course, I saw the flaws but I did love it again. Made me a fan again. Since then, I never became tired of it because I can keep a distance from it... I love it but I'm not crazy for it.

Quite a few are like that, and that's okay! In fact, there's quite a few people on SBM who don't even care about the show anymore! :P

I'm not tired of the show, but sometimes when Nickelodeon replays it THAT much, it's seriously annoying. I'll watch 4 11 minute episodes in a row, but over that it get especially irritating.

I care about the show to an extent. I care more about having fun with the fans of the show though. :P

I try my best not to get tired but sometimes episodes just air on TV too many times, and some are horrible episodes, like The Masterpiece. But I am not reallly tired since there's SBM, and many episodes I haven't seen.

These days I hardly ever watch TV (mainly have it on as background noise) and prefer to watch things online, including SpongeBob episodes, so I don't get tired of the show too easily or get sucked into all the hype that they try to use when promoting the specials. I think when I was obsessed with Nickelodeon years ago I would be much more prone to that kind of thing. They really don't know what they're doing over there. Also there's other cartoons I like watching so there's some balance there. Currently watching newer episodes that I haven't seen and giving opinions on those.

See, that's why I say that you should love more than one thing. You can be a fan-girl, but you can be a fan-girl of a lot of things, what they mean to you is what matters. I remember when I was a lot younger and I was trying to find myself until Fraggle Rock and I couldn't watch anything else, got involved with a poison influence and thought I was a character from it- and I'd thought I was a lot of characters but I really got obsessed with that one until Sesame Street and Avenue Q came along and I came here and things have been a lot better for me. So no I'm not tired of SpongeBob, it's one of those things like this forum where it cheers you up when you're down, makes you laugh when you need it and helps you get your emotions out. And sometimes you really need that, you just need to have other things you love too but you know what? If you do that it's absolutely fine to be a fan-girl and I guess I don't really need to move around that much now because I know who I am. I know my favourites will always be my favourites but I like them to different amounts and have opinions on things and SpongeBob will always be special to me just as long as other things are too.

Not really. I actually took a break from SpongeBob for a few years where I would rarely watch the show. But as of last year, I started watching it more again and have caught up on some episodes from years back that I haven't seen yet.

Update as of now:

I now only wait for new premiers. I try to avoid reruns as much as I can. If I get too obsessed, I quickly burn out and my once crazy obsession turns into a living nightmare. In fact, I barely watch TV in general. It's only been SBM and YouTube lately. Also, my stories and episode ideas should keep the show fresh for me. I like to picture them in my head. I mentally cheer myself on when I got a set plan. I even teared up in scenes of From Hero To Legend and in Sandy's Past. Whenever a new episode is released, I'll be there. Because there will be slow premiers this year, I will stick with the internet.
