Toonz Premium also has a warmer color temperature and a less advanced color pallet. I'm assuming Toon Boom is capable of doing a wider variety of colors.
Imagine a MarkerGar, i mean markerbob does appear in Ugh, all we have is noodlegar for now

Procastination and Da boom from family guy were produced on the same day, was there some sort of bug with toonz premium that day?

How do you know they were produced on the same day? Da Boom aired in 1999. Not just that, the original copy of Procrastination with the deleted scenes in it has normal coloring

I can commend Big Nate (Paramount+) for doing something different with the animation than other shows with CGI, but it looks weird. See the trailer to know what I mean.

It was not sailorgar at all at least to my eyes, it's noodlegar
It's Sailor, look at how wide Squidward's forehead is:

With normal coloring, to be fair this was a 2001 episode, same year as season 2's noodlebob

The last few episodes of season 3 have brighter colors, closer to season 4, Plankton's Army was actually finished in 2002, it was produced very late in the season.
