Even in FOP season 0, the Turner house looks exactly the same as the rest of the series

Although this episode has normal animation, The Great Snail Race has several instances where all the black lines are the same thickness. However, what makes this not a markerbob episode is the fact that the colored lines and the black lines are the same width, the character designs have more depth which makes it slightly off model.

According to Mr Krabs' mom's markerbob design, we're right about markerbob being the black sheep of all the show's of art styles.
 
Woah, in the late season 5 episode of Family Guy, "It Takes a Village Idiot, and I Married One", the cutaway gag with Julia Louis Dreyfus, when she's facing the camera talking to the audience, the animation looks like it came from season 3:
