That's Early Markerbob. Transit Markerbob is less wobbly and more on-model. Life of Crime uses a combination of Early and Transit Markerbob which is why i call it Early Transit Markerbob.

Due to the fact that season 1 utilized traditional cel animation, The Paper was the only markerbob episode that switched to another style. SpongeBob also switched four times in the same episode too (noodlebob, markerbob, sailorbob, then cubebob):

Dying for Pie is pretty unique amongst other Season 2 episodes, no? Krabs, Squid, and Sponge always strike me differently in that one.
 
Thanks! It's a study I did of Spongebob's Prehibernation Week design, I think it was Sailornoodlecube or something like that. Planning to do further studies of the normal and marker styles in the future.

Pretty much the same design used in Bubble Buddy, Survival of the Idiots, and Artist Unknown.
