Dexter's Lab season 2 promo from June 1997. The commercial looks and sounds like it's from '03 or '04. It doesn't feel 90's at all. Flash animation and all too, despite the show still utilizing traditional cel animation at the time.

I think that Krusty Krab Training Video is also a Late Full-On Markerbob episode, since it uses SpongeBob's inward cheeks a lot, even more than most other Mid-Full-On Markerbob episodes on my old list, which used it for only a few scenes.Krusty_Krab_Training_Video_107.png
My theory is that Krusty Krab Training Video was conceived before Wet Painters, but animated after the latter episode.

SpongeBob’s inward cheeks are also prominent in other late markerbob episodes such as Krabby Land and Pranks a Lot, as well as several parts of Missing Identity. They’re even seen in the markerbob sequence in Party Pooper Pants.

In late season 3 episodes with normal animation, they’re not really seen as much. They’re also not really used in season 4 until the latter part of the season.

i think they start being a main part of his design in season 6

KkTV was conceived before Wet Painters, the former is 5572-198, the latter is 5572-202

That "server" in question was a group chat that has now evolved into The Archive House, if anyone is curious.
