Description: Appeared in "New Fish In Town." He became Squidward's "neighbor" for awhile, until Spongebob and Patrick drive Squidward crazy, causing Howard to be suspicious, and seeing Spongebob and Patrick playing with bubbles and jellyfishing, then joins them.
