Description: Basically, Scooter can be quoted saying "Aw-aw-aw-aw-awesome!", and that's about it. You only ever see him on the beach, because he's a surfer. He died in the episode Bubble Buddy, after experiencing high-tide. But, of course, he's back alive now.
