what's the scariest/creepiest spongebob moment

The part in "Ghost Host" where the Flying Dutchman is trying to scare Squidward
 
An early example for me would be Squeaky Boots when Mr. Krabs began to hallucinate from the guilt. That whole sequence was just nightmare-inducing for my young age. I don't mind it nowadays, in fact, I find it kind of cool aesthetically.

it always made me crack up
it reminds me of the "doug's doodle" episode of doug too *sings doug theme and is subsequently beaten by the nostalgia critic*
