Whats the most controversial episode in sponge bob

I'm gonna go ahead and say if you meant like the most debated as to whether or not it's good: Ripped Pants, I'm With Stupid, Atlantis Squarepantis, Club SpongeBob, Jellyfish Hunter, Driven to Tears, Squeaky Boots, Sandy's Rocket, Fear of a Krabby Patty, New Leaf, Tunnel of Glove, Wormy, The Great Snail Race, Rock-a-Bye Bivalve, Face Freeze (I personally don't know how anyone can like this), Frozen Face-Off, Suction Cup Symphony, Squidward the Unfriendly Gost, Sleepy Time, The Great Patty Caper, Patty Caper, Artist Unknown, Nature Pants, Slide Whistle Stooges, Friend or Foe, Rule of Dumb, A Life in a Day, House Fancy, Toy Store of Doom, MuscleBob BuffPants, Karate Island, Best Day Ever, Squid Defense, SB You're Fired (no idea why anyone likes this), The Inmates of Summer, To Save a Squirrel, Pre-Hibernation Week, Pressure... A lot

If you mean controversial like deemed inappropriate by some: Shanghaied, Gary Takes a Bath, Just One Bite, Procrastination, SB You're Fired, Rock-a-Bye Bivalve, Trenchbillies, One Coarse Meal

Barely anyone on this thread knows what the word "controversial" means.
It was unclear if the author meant among fans or media

Controversial in general and controversial among the fanbase is two completely different lists really. The generally controversial episodes tend to be about issues covered or implied in the story (swearing, same-sex parenting, employment, panty raids etc) whereas when an episode is controversial among fans it's almost always because of perceived quality/lack of quality. A lot of the episodes that are controversial among, say, over-sensitive parents are some of the most universally loved among fans.

Rock Bottom was controversial for its portrayal of an unpleasant situation and its depiction of a character dealing with a hardship, which made MrEnter uncomfortable. It was pulled off the air.

jk lol

the only episodes I can recall being controversial are Rock A Bye Bivalve (for fueling the "Spongebob is gay and therefore a bad influence on children" controversy,) and Just One Bite, for that deleted scene that I haven't seen on TV in over 10 years.
