Most of the rarely-air episodes are seaonal/holiday episodes that only air at that exact time. For example, Valentine's Day/The Paper only airs in February, Christmas Who? only airs in December, and Scaredy Pants/I Was A Teenage Gary only airs the Friday before 10/31.
