For me, it's this scene from "The Sponge Who Could Fly". Say what you will about the "Walk Cycle" or songs or even "Remembering SpongeBob", but it MADE the episode for me. I like out-of-the-box moments like these.

Patchy: Hey, Potty! I think I hit something! (a chest was actually on the ground the whole time) Clever. Bury your treasure above the surface.
Patchy opens a treasure chest, a miner pops out and hands him a tape
Patchy: I don't know what it means either.
He then SLAMS the chest with very appopriate sound effect
Patchy: But I got what I came for!
