Well, after my list of top 15 episodes everyone likes but I don't (http://www.sbmania.net/forums/topic/53200-top-15-sb-episodes-everyone-seems-to-like-but-i-dont/), I'm going to write down the opposite list, with the top 15 episodes everyone seems to dislike, but I just don't hate.
P.S: from #15 to #8 episodes are meh, not good but not bad.
P.P.S: as you noticed, in my previous list there were pre-movie episodes for the most part, so don't be surprised to see post-movie ones mostly on this list.
Without further ado, let's begin.

I sort of understand why this episode got so much hate, but honestly I don't mind it. The original idea of bringing a new neighbor isn't that bad, however writers decided to focus more on Spongebob and Patrick being annoying. I admit the best part was Squidward getting rid of his new neighbor, but the ending is kinda dull. Anyway, it's not a scumbob (Stuck in the Wringer, Someone's in the Kitchen with Sandy, A Pal for Gary, Sponge-Cano were much, MUCH, worse) and doesn't deserve that sort of hatred.

Hint for #14: a new entertainment center?

I'll probably agree with most of these since there's not many episodes I dislike of SBSP. New Fish in Town was just an episode that I watched, didn't really care for, and I went. I don't think it really deserves any notoriety because the episode just seems fillerish to me.
As for 14... model sponge?

I truly hate New Fish In Town (#5 Worst): It's horribly infuriating and uninteresting at the same time.

#14: No idea.

Model Sponge isn't on my list, either.

This one is not that great, but it doesn't deserve to be hated, either. Spongebob and Patrick acted for the only purpose of saving their favorite amusement park from being demolished. And I admit some scenes were actually funny. The ending wasn't that predictable, the two weren't expecting an inauguration of the new Glove World, so it's okay. It's a standard episode from season 8.

Hint for #13: changing clothes.

15. This episode barely stands out to me at all.
14. I haven't seen this one in a while to truly remember it.

You Don't Know Sponge is a very stupid episode.

While I understand why it's so hated, I also have to consider its positive things. For instance, Patrick doesn't recognize Spongebob in his new pants, and it's not even the worst thing: at the beginning he doesn't even remember his best friend's NAME... I know he's an idiot, but here he reached a new level of stupidity. And what about Sandy? Maybe she pretended not to recognize him or acted as stupidly as Patrick for real (okay, that was too far). As for Squidward... his reaction is kinda predictable, but Spongebob's is unexpected, much to Squidward's relief. Besides, DON'T positively show Gary's butt ANYMORE. EVER.
On the other hand, I really loved the bonding between Spongebob "Roundpants" and Squidward, it was really nice to see them getting along, it's the best part of the episode indeed. Frankly, I wouldn't put it on this list without that sequence. So, it's a mix between (un)surprisingly stupid characters and unlikely relationships.

Hint for #12: the "creepiest episode ever".

Glove World R.I.P: Pretty good IMO
To Squarepants ONTS: No, I dislike this

12: Don't Look Now?

I know what you're thinking: WHY did you choose this? You suck" let me get one thing perfectly clear: I don't consider this episode any good, but I don't consider it even horrible, either. For that reason it's low on this list. It's odd to say, but I've seen far worse episodes than Squid's Visit. Spongebob is clearly annoying and at the beginning he's such a crybaby, begging Squidward to pay him a visit, while he was following him ANYWHERE... okay, that was a bit amusing. Fans tend to bash this episode for being unsettling and creepy... honestly the only very disturbing moment was Spongebob panting to Squidward on the phone, but the rest is kinda passable. Although I have a legitimate question: WHY didn't Spongebob ask Squidward's permission to borrow his vacuum cleaner? That was quite rude of him. The best part is the ending, with Squid having a cup of tea with his vacuum cleaner and sleeping in Spongebob's (copycat) house, so it ended well for him. Again, without the ending it wouldn't be probably on this list.

Hint for #11: fear of speaking in public.

I don't like Squid's Visit, but I don't hate it, either. It's not a good episode, in fact it wouldn't be on my list if the ending wasn't actually nice.

I don't have any strong feelings on Squid's Visit. Even if his house burnt down at least in this episode they made it a lot better for him then in other Squid Abuse episodes.

#11: Oral Report? I hope it is because it's pretty good.

It did, indeed.

All right, fans criticize this one due to Patrick being a jerk, but he actually tried to help Spongebob get rid of his fear of speaking in public, which is an impediment typical of real life. He was acting harshly just on purpose, so, yeah, it didn't bother me that much.
However, I've got a remarkable question: why is Spongebob afraid to speak in public ONLY NOW? According to logic, this episode should have fit more for earlier seasons and not for season 8, where each character is already developed. Sort of contradiction.
I have no problems with the ending, maybe because I've never liked Mrs. Puff as a character, but again, if she got arrested in Oral Report, she should have been arrested in Demolition Doofus as well. But I digress.

Hint for #10: this is an oxymoron: considered the worst ever but...

Oral Report is pretty good.

#10: Truth or Square because I sure hope it is (and Honest Slug will hope it isn't)

It's not a great episode, but I don't think it deserves that sort of hatred. Even though each of us is asking the same obvious question "Best day of what? It's never explained", personally I don't see anything offensive or horrendous, it's a harmless episode. The ending is actually nice, with a good exchange of lines between Krabs and Squidward.
As for the best day question, the answer might be simple: we're talking about Spongebob, he's an optimistic and positive character, therefore he considers every day of his life the best one ever. A neat concept, I guess.

Hint for #9: an obnoxious character taking advantage of another supporting character.

Yeah, while I may not hate it as much as others, I'm not a big fan of the last one. The main problem I have is that the entire plot just seems likes an excuse to write an episode around that song.

I dislike that episode, it's like Ripped Pants only more contrived and reliant on a song.

Seriously, I've lost every hope on Krabs. For the most part, I actually agree with those who hate this episode, Krabs is despicable in this, he literally exploits Gary's ""ability"" to pick up cents. Speaking of which, I've got a question, which can be also applied for Penny Foolish: since he's already rich of his own, WHY should he be interested in picking up coins? He's supposed not to be THAT greedy.
At least, I really liked Spongebob getting mad at Krabs (just like Krabby Love, but that was a different context) and at the end the latter gets his comeuppance. Again, without that part, this episode wouldn't escape from my list of worst episodes.

Hint for #8: 10 seconds of dread.
