Oh yeah, the website times out like that sometimes, not very often thankfully, I usually wait a few minutes.
 
uhh these arent HD, they're HQ but not HD. theres a difference

An example of what picture you should use on Waifu2x:

This link says 22b(which is the episode number), but you can change it to anything, like 1a, 14b, etc by just backspacing and the number next to .png can change also by backspacing and typing, that is the number of the point in the episode, for example, if you choose 1a, and the number next to .png says 0, that is more likely the title card or the beginning of the episode Help Wanted. usually 0 or 1 or even 2 shows the title card. I point this out to make the process easier. :)
