SpongeBob Movie 2 Merchandise Thread

In the pdf with the SpongeBob mega blok sets, it says they'll be parterning with Burger King and McDonalds. Who's getting the movie kid meals?

They look more like translucent bricks. :P That would make it bubbles.
Also, I hope they make a Hulk Plankton minifigure.

Ummmm, megafigure surely. :P

In other merchandise news, collectible figure company The Loyal Subjects confirmed a SpongeBob x TLS partnership on their Facebook page and posted a link to the trailer. It might just be a general SpongeBob series but since they announced it when the trailer came out there's a chance they could be movie figures.

Too bad there's still no word on a console game. Hopefully we get an announcement on that soon.

I saw that but I didn't post it because I didn't think it was official. If it is, it's incredibly lazy, because it's just the teaser poster without the background. And why would they put "3D" on a piece of merchandise? That's part of the advertising, not the actual title of the film.

Maybe this is a shirt they gave out at one of the early screenings or something? It feels either home made or promotional.

Those look great! I might buy them if they're cheap enough. I hope there's a way to actually buy what characters you want and not have to do this stupid blindbag thing, though.

I hope somebody gets the secret rare figure and posts what it is online. If the silhouette in the picture is actually the shape of the figure, it's obviously some variation of SpongeBob. Maybe a robot or something, judging by its pose.

I CAN'T WIN WITH POSTING NEWS :cry: But anyway, I posted this in the Mega Blok thread a few mins ago, came to post here......and DMAP already posted it.
Also, Mega Bloks broke it's rule of no duplicate figures. That SpongeBob (the one with the time machine) also came in the Krusty Krab Attack set.

Fisher-Price is making movie toys! They are part of SpongeBob's already existing Imaginext toy line. This playset is called "Krabby Patty Food Truck" and there will also be additional movie action figures sold separately that are compatible with the set.
