Why don't you use the foreign title cards for Background reference, and usually they have more background than text.

In Photoshop on my PC, I used the Magic Wand tool and clicked the letters, Then I Went to Select, Then clicked expand by 3 pixels, Then I went to Edit, clicked fill, and got rid of (most) of the text.

I used The Magic Wand tool and held shift while clicking the letters, clicked Select then I went to expand, then I typed 3, then I went to Edit, then Fill, and then got rid of the text, if there's any marks remaining from the words do the same for those, If you want an example on YouTube, just search, "How to remove text in Photoshop" :)

I used The Magic Wand tool and held shift while clicking the letters, clicked Select then I went to expand, then I typed 3, then I went to Edit, then Fill, and then got rid of the text, if there's any marks remaining from the words do the same for those, If you want an example on YouTube, just search, "How to remove text in Photoshop" :)

What I do is just draw over it
