What YouTube vid are you watching? Is it Like a G6 again :P

Anyways, keep these coming.
I forget ... it's quite possible it actually was and I hid it so I wouldn't look silly for still listening to it five months later. :P If not that, it was a song by an artist I was embarrassed to admit that I listen to. :P

Go Ducks, I suppose. May all those boxes be filled with green :p

Preach it, Kat.

It's sooooo refreshing not having L.A. in the playoffs for once. With the Kings having missed, the Ducks get a lot more talk in SoCal. And if the Clippers lose their game tomorrow, they'll be the only playoff team left in either sport! :p

A good ol'-fashioned Game 1 whupping against a team that has lost 20 of its last 21 games in Orange County. Have to expect a much more difficult contest in Game 2, though, because Calgary's coach will yell and scream and scare them back into shape. :P

EDIT: Just realized the Ducks have played consecutive rounds of the playoffs against Atlanta's two had-'em-but-couldn't-keep-'em former teams. :P

Yeah yeah, guess Atlanta's just not cut out for hockey teams :P

Anaheim bounced back well in Game 4 after suffering their first loss of the playoffs in Game 3. With the opportunity to win the series in Game 5 on Sunday, they'd better close out it fast, because every day Chicago, already having punched their own ticket, is just sitting by, resting up, and getting stronger and scarier...

Anaheim gets it done in Game 5! Only one loss through nine playoff games! Credit to Laura's team for having a surprising season and putting up a good fight, but the Ducks are clearly destined for bigger things! And that bigger thing will be... Chicago, the game's most dangerous, vile, dastardly, and deadly team. It's the Western Conference Final that SHOULD have been last year, and it begins ... at some date the NHL hasn't told us yet! :D

Here's the one that did it. This... this is just beautiful. All is well. The world is a good place. Also, 0:17 is the first time in my life I've ever seen Bruce Boudreau smile. :p

8 wins to the chalice!

Congrats to your team! :D

Also: I approve of your song choice. :P

Wikipedia trick: take any wikipedia article and keep clicking the first article link on the page. Sooner or later, it will lead to the article for philosophy.
I gave this a shot. I got from Star vs. the Forces of Evil's Wikipedia page to the Wikipedia page for the language of Latin...

1. Thank you! :D
2. I honestly wasn't quite sure if you would. :P
3. I got to "philosophy" once. ;)

From which article? :P
I forget which article I did it on originally, but I found a new one for you: Philosophy can be reached in 18 clicks from 2015 Atlanta Braves season, but there is a caveat: you have to click the second link, not the first, when you get to the article "Science." The first link in that article is Latin, which is probably what tripped you up in the first place. The problem with clicking Latin is that it traps you in a loophole in which the first links go from Science > Latin > Classical language > Literature > Writing > Communication > Meaning > Linguistics, and then the first link on Linguistics takes you back to the article for Science. So avoid the Latin pitfall; if you click it, you'll never get to philosophy.

EDIT: Using the same strategy of avoiding Latin, Philosophy can be reached even sooner, in 13 clicks, from the very article I've been editing in this topic.

DOUBLE EDIT: Avoiding Latin, reachable in 16 clicks from Star vs. The Forces of Evil.

That's very cool! I was stuck IN that loop but it looks like you've figured things out :P

Using your avoiding Latin strategy, I reached Philosophy in 16 clicks from Derek Jeter.

(yes G6 again sue me I think it's sort of become my power-editing song like some people have power-jogging songs)

Sometimes when you go to fill in a game log, you stumble upon little pleasures that make your day a little happier, like this: :d

yes yes yes the Yanks' loss is your pleasure :bullshrimp:

Chicago did not draw First Blood like Rambo...heh

I'm curious, have you ever cleaned up any wiki pages from vandalism?

Dolphin noise.

Longest game in Chicago Blackhawks history, second longest in Anaheim Ducks history, longest played on California soil.

On the upside, my dad sat down and watched all three overtime periods with me, which has to be the longest he's ever watche a hockey game. :p I think I'm actually getting him interested lol.
