Here comes some season 2/season 4 or 5-esque ideas. :P

Pearl's Pearl
When Pearl finds a shiny ball, she thinks it's some kind of jewelry and wears it to school, and becomes popular. Once at home, Mr. Krabs tells his daughter to give him the pearl, but Pearl regrets it. Mr. Krabs then tries to get it somehow.

The Tree
A tree mysteriously grows underwater, even though of all the pressure. Sandy needs some tree bark before the winter starts, but can't cut down the tree successfully somehow.

Bubble Blowout
SpongeBob enters the Bikini Bottom bubble tournament to see how far and how long one's bubble can stay intact in those two options. Patrick also wants to win too, and competes against SpongeBob, breaking their friendship apart.
 
I really like the idea of the Pearl's Pearl episode. Sounds like it would be a good episode.

If You Can't Say Anything Nice..:
When Squdiward calls Spongebob an Idiot Spongebob says "If You Can't Say Anything Nice,Don't say anthing at all" Squidward decides to live by this,but this becomes a problem when Everyone gets locked out of the Krusty Krab and Squidward is the only one who knows the word that opens the door.

Spongebob's Debt:
When SB gets the bill he finds out he owes $9001
 
The Camera - SpongeBob buys a camera at the BargN'Mart and uses it to take pictures of everyone in Bikini Bottom, annoying everyone in the process.
 
Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy 3000: Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy travel through time to the 31st century to defeat the Giant Monkey Man and save the 9th Demension.

Brain Pain: SpongeBob recieves a brain freeze from a newly purchased Seaweed Slurpie and tries to get rid of it, with disastorous results.

When Patrick tells squidward he loves ice cream he says 'If you love it so much why don't you marry it?"

SB,Pat,and Juan ditch school and work again, but accidentally get caught in a bank robbery

Juan's JObs:
A 5 minute showcasing juans various jobs

Juan's New Job:
Juan gets fired from all his jobs, so he gets a job at the KK

Juan gets Skooled:
When Juan learns he never passed kindergarten he goes back to pre school

I Marry Clary:
When Clary gets broken Squidward tells the story of how he fell in love and marred Clary

Chick Flick:
SB makes his own chick flick
 
SPONGE VS. PIE

When Patrick gets the stomach flu the day before the Bikini Bottom pie eating contest SpongeBob must take his place.

BOMBS AWAY!

After Sandy keeps blowing up things in Bikini Bottom with her experiments the citizens of Bikini Bottom try to run her out of town

YELLOW WITH ENVY

After Larry starts wearing a new cologne that drives Sandy wild SpongeBob tries several things to get her to notice him.

PEARL, YOU'RE GROUNDED!

Pearl sneaks out of the house to go to a football game with her new boyfriend.

Mr.Krabs gets sucked into a toy town where he cheats the people during a lemonade sale and turns into a pig as the town chases him down.

Chillogy, Part II: Strike Three ... You're Doomed!:
Spongebob gets sucked into Karlsville and gets caught in a twisted baseball game.

Chillogy, Part III: Escape from Karlsville:
Spongebob and Mr.Krabs enter the toy town to prevent Squidward from being turned into plastic.

Welcome To Camp Sun N Fear:
Spongebob's summer camp trip turns scary when his friends start disappearing and a monster is rumored to be loose in the woods.

The Meowing Ghost:
Spongebob and patrick are tricked into switching bodies with ghostly snails

How to Kill a Monster:
Spongebob and patrick stay at their grandparents' house in the middle of a swamp that has a monster locked in a room.

Calling All Creeps!:
Spongebob plays a prank on his rival that calls the attention of a group of kids who are actually reptilian aliens bent on world domination.

All of Spongebob;s enemies plot to destroy him once and for all.

Patrick's Brain:
Sandy uses her new invention on Patrick help him Get a High Paying Job. However, problems arise when the machine causes Patrick's head and IQ to grow to god-like levels, turning him into an evil genius.

Krusty Krab 3000:
Sandy helps Spongebob upgrade the Krusty Krab to become more technologically efficient and super smart. As usual, this causes problems when the restaurant soon gains a mind of its own, and seeks to destroy all other food sources in town.

Girl's Night out:
All the men in Bikkini Bottom dissapear

Memory Blanck:
When SB and pat get into a fight,Patrick wished he never met him, the wish comes true leaving Patrick to witness a world without Spongebob Squarepants

Might want to rethink that title. :D

Anyways, you stole almost all those ideas from Jimmy Neutron and Danny Phantom.

Don't get me wrong, I like SpongeBob, but if the show ever went down the road that it decides to copy RML, I'm leaving it.
Rocko's Modern Life is classic and shouldn't be dealt with. You might as well superimpose SpongeBob's face all over the RML characters, call it an episode, and burn down Nickelodeon Animation Studios.
