"It Came From Goo Lagoon" Discussion

I love that title card. It looks just like the title cards for "Planet of the Jellyfish" and "Evil Spatula". Greece is lucky for having the episode air in their territory first, though. =_=

Yay another spooky title card, they make the mood of the episode.

Nice, It Came From Goo Lagoon came in Greece. It should come for us USA people sometime in July. (Hopefully).

Wow, so another episode that some other country gets before us. Interesting. Makes me wonder if someone over from Greece has recorded it and will upload the full episode to YouTube or something, before it gets aired here. Viacom would likely take it down though, so it probably wouldn't last long. :/

Thanks to Trophy for alerting me on this - apparently It Came From Goo Lagoon aired in Greece today, added by a user on Wikipedia (I know it's not the most reliable site, but keep reading). There's some evidence of this, as a title card was uploaded to the SpongeBob Wiki:

The person also said the writers for it were: Marc Cecceralli, Luke Brookshier, Derek Iversen, and Mr. Lawrence.

The United Kingdom is also getting this special next month, as well. What is it with countries nabbing this special before us?

Why wouldn't the title card be in Greek?

For a lot of foreign dubs they just narrate the title in that language over the English card (cheaper and easier, I guess), although I know in some languages they alter the card (German, for example).

The screenshots don't impress me, at all. SpongeBob looks bland, yet again, in pictures 2, 3, 4, and 5. Does this episode suck? I don't know. I haven't seen it yet. Like always, I reserve my full judgement until I see the episode. But by the previews and such, I'm far more interested in ''SpongeBob, You're Fired!''
