People believe SpongeBob has a crush on Sandy... and I think he does.

But I've been wondering if Sandy has a crush on SpongeBob. Nobody has ever said she does, but sometimes it does seem like she does. Yet sometimes it seems like she may have a crush on Larry.

Do you think Sandy has a crush on SpongeBob?
 
no! she doesn't!
and she doesn't have a crush on larry, too.
they're just her "friends"/"buddies" (patrick, too)

I don't think so. I think she likes him as a good friend, but I don't think she has a crush on him. Maybe Larry, but not SpongeBob.
 
No, even if there was a hint in one of the random acts of SpongeBob, i don't think she has a crush on SpongeBob.
They are just buddies, SB is even almost asexual.
 
Spongebob has a minor crush on Sandy, but Sandy doesn't have a crush on SpongeBob. She just likes him as her closest friend, along with Larry.
 
I don't think that Sandy has a crush on SpongeBob or Larry. I also don't think that SpongeBob has a crush on Sandy either. Nothing has been shown in the episodes to prove it.

In the "Random Acts of SpongeBob," they showed SpongeBob give Sandy a note that said she was the smartest and prettiest in Bikini Bottom. He also gave her flowers.

As an act of friendship.
No one in SpongeBob has a crush on anyone except for Mr. Krabs having a crush on Mrs. Puff, and Patrick having a crush on Mindy.
If SpongeBob really liked Sandy it would have been made VERY CLEAR in the show.

He does, I once read the back of a SpongeBob book and it said "and he has a crush on Sandy Cheeks."

And if you read "SpongeBob Survival Guide," there's a part about "Surviving a secret crush" written by "SpongeBob." That page sorta tells you he has a crush on her.

There's loads of books that says he has a crush on her.
 
doubt it. Even if the chemistry were there, Sponge's a sea critter, and Sandy's an air breather.
But then, if this picture is anything to go by... :(

I'm sure she does but she doesn't show it.

Would be weird if they started dating and making signals at each other that they like each other
 
Nope. I've noticed that a lot of perfect matches in Bikini Bottom are usually same specie + same specie, never squirrel + sponge. I haven't seen much of a relationship between each other, except as Spongey34 said, in season 1. The only relationship I see going is Patrick + Mindy and Mr. Krabs + Ms. Puff. That's it.

Ditto.

That's proof Spongebob has a minor crush on Sandy.

He says his bubble helmet gets foggy when he goes over to Sandy's, and he tries to hide the fact in embarrasment, hinting he has a crush on Sandy.
 
Oh boy. Not again.

On my valentine candy thing, SpongeBob and Sandy reach out and touch eachother's hands but that doesn't pove anything. A lot of products and books do that beacuse a lot of kids have crushes and the only person that is on SpongeBob to represent the "crush" host is Sandy.

That "Random Act of SpongeBob" didn't mean anything.

Besides by now, if they wanted them to be together they would have something like:

*Scene*

SpongeBob keeps on drooling over the girl.

SpongeBob: Oh! I can't take it anymore.

He ripps of his helmet, elevates to Sandy's height, grabs her, and was about to kiss her, until...

Patrick knocks on Sandy's house.

Patrick: Hi SpongeBob! Hi Sandy!

*End scene*

I think that Mr. Krabs and Mrs. Puff and Gary and Snellie go well together.
