Do definitely, even Michael Eisner would probably do that unless he finds a good use for it. (but they had Touchstone before Fox so yeah)

Bring back Blue Sky or merge it with the same studio that finished its final film...

Do, and as a bonus, I would try to give as many of the Blue Sky artists as possible their jobs back.
