John Hughes wrote (or intended) the characters from both movies to be part of the same universe, so a crossover between them would actually make a bit more sense than you think. (Whether or not it would've been any good is another question.) I'm actually surprised you didn't balk at any of my other choices.

As much as I like Ren & Stimpy (I'm not the biggest fan, but I respect it for what it is), I can't really see it crossing over with any series. Its style is admittedly a bit too unique for that to happen.

Also, I don't really see how a Hey Arnold/Rugrats crossover would work, either. (Once again, a unique style along with an actual continuity makes this crossover idea null and void for me.)

I already write/plan my own fan-crossovers, so it's kinda hard for me to say something in this topic (since when I write it it already kinda exists to me) :p

Obviously i've been writing the Sailor Moon/SB thing on SBC :p, but i've been thinking of doing various other crossovers (most anime-related lol) like Naruto/K-ON (okay that one popped up in my head a long time ago, i didn't chose it :p), SB/Regular Show, and then theres this super one i've been planning for a while where it has like 5+ animes/videogames plus some humanized Western-cartoons (my ideas probably sound SUPER weird or absurd at first, but I put a lot of thought into them... With most fics i have, its like 1-2 years planning, and THEN i write; and alot of my fics are still in planning lol...)

My room-mate i had at this animation week-long thing told me that the creators of PPG, Dex's Lab, and Johnny Bravo were all roommates in college or something like that :p So if there ever was a revival and crossover between the 3 shows, i'd probably have a "MY CHILDHOOD" moment and watch it lol. I heard PPG is having some sort of revival, so who really knows? Not saying it's likely... (But man, everything seems to be having revivals lately! Sailor Moon as a whole; SpongeBob seems to be doing some new merch thing, and the movie; PPG with the new special/movie thingie; and then a bunch of videogame series announced new games, such as Animal Crossing, GTA, Super Smash Bros... 2013-2014 seem like really big years, release wise!!)

Back on topic...

Probably same reaction for FOP/DP crossover, with the whole "needs revival because almost-everything-else-is-being-revived-rn" thing. They're both by the same creator; with PPG/DL/JB they all seem to be in the same/similar universe (or so i always thought...), but i dunno if DP and FOP are in the same world... wait i got off topic.
ANYWAY, I'd like a FOP/DP crossover as-well.

Dunno about the rest you mentioned.
