Yes, for instance Compare Season 1 to Seasons 6 to 8 or Seasons 11 to 12...

Compare Sailor Mouth:

To Stanley S. SquarePants:

To the Incredible Shrinking Sponge:

Sailor Mouth and Stanely S. SquarePants are only 6 years apart, while Stanley and the Incredible Shrinking are an entire decade apart. Yet, Sailor Mouth looks much older than Stanley S. SquarePants.

The animation changes have gotten less and less noticeable throughout the years.

Did anyone else notice? I I definitely did.Especially seasons 9 and 10. Those could be combined.

Yeah, they were more noticeable in season 2/3 because each art style had varying line thickness and color pallets. Now every episode (athough may have a different art style), has the same line thickness and color pallet.

Is it just me, or does Goofy Scoopers look different than other modern episodes. I don't know what it is, I just can't put my finger on it.

First, there's the frame rate. I don't know what happened, but the frame rate in the first scene is pretty low, especially by SpongeBob standards. Then, some scenes look more like a season 9B episode. And last, the pupils are pretty darn big, not just on SpongeBob, but Patrick too.

Out of all the art styles in the show, I still think markerbob has the lowest frame rate

Does anyone else think spongebob looks like markerbob when hes in the dark

No, because there are no bold red lines. Plus, SpongeBob's legs bend in markerbob. Spongebob's head is also larger on the top and skinnier on the bottom in markerbob. However, I do think the night time scenes in the Lost Matress look like season 3. I think the first few episodes of season 4 used Toonz Premium.
