Season 9A does look a bit outdated come to think of it, the colors look more artificial and the lines aren't as clean as they are now. It also had over scan issues. I'm comparing when the show first switched to HD vs. a decade into the format. You know what's crazy though, 10 years before Gary's New Toy was this.

What's even scarier is Gary's New Toy and Wallhallah are 11 years apart, but 11 years before Gary's New Toy, we had this:

I just rewatched Patrick Man and the overscan was so bad. Yeah the staff at rough draft studios wasn’t used to animating the show in widescreen. The overscan is also really bad in Kenny the Cat as well
