This episode is a funny one, with a ton of good jokes (the movie theatre scene, SpongeBob greeting the marching band, etc.), with a touch of some good dark humor, in two fish pulling down a fish hook, biting on it, and then going up into the surface after noticing SB's smell. 9/10
But honestly, the Ugly Barnacle story is a tad overrated.
