198b. CopyBob DittoPants

Finally saw this episode, and wow it was the best in a LONG time.

8.9/10. This ones lines up toe-to-toe with the better pre-movie stuff and is quite possibly tied with Patrick The Game as my favorite season 9 episode.

I don't know why everyone so enjoyed this episode, it was pretty stupid. When I learned of the episode, it seemed to me that it would be great, but it didn't to live up to expectations. A set of rapidly changing unconnected actions made me disappointed. 4,98689/10

I like this episode. I like how SpongeBob reacts to his copies, and how Squidward thinks he is dreaming. I think that they did a really good job on this episode.

FINAL RANKING: 10/10

This wasn't a bad episode. This wasn't a good episode. This isn't even a Meh episode. This a S-uper great episode!

9.2/10

This episode is actually great, better on rewatch. A well-developed, and great plot with many fantastic jokes.

9/10

I thought this was a pretty fun episode with all the SpongeBob's appearing. It got a little crazy, in a good way, so yeah I enjoyed this episode.

This was a fun episode, But I think the execution could of been done better than all the CopyBobs fading out to dust. That kinda effects how I think of the rest of the episode, but I still find many things funny. This one could of been better, but I'm okay with how it is.

Another Good

This episode is weird, but in a good way. :sandyaha:
It may not be the best clone episode I've seen, but certainly the funniest! :sbyes:
The overall scheme is really weird and failed spectacularly, but it certainly was entertaining. But that's not the best part.
The best part is the actual comedy, which is basically the majority of this episode! :P This episode is literally LOADED with comedy and probably is the FUNNIEST Spongebob episode I've seen in a long while! :D

Spongebob's interactions with the clones is very entertaining to watch! Heck, Plankton calling him unique near the end was very touching as well. Patrick's cameo was pretty cool too.

And then there's Squidward. Squidward has in recent years become my least favorite SB character (not solely because of his abysmal fanbase), but I actually found him funny here. I haven't seen him this crazy since early Season 6, and I LOVE IT! :clapping:

It's kinda sad he didn't get any comeuppance for pulling Mr. Krabs' pants down, but at the very least he fell down on the ground in the end, because he still thought he was dreaming. He didn't really get to realize that "the hard way", but it was satisfying enough. :hehe:

It's quite obvious I think this is a really GOOD episode! As usual: Great job, Kaz! :pattongue:
9/10

This episode was amusing, fun and funny... I loved it...My favourite scenes were the part when SpongeBob decided to call his copy ''Me Too(2)'' , interacting with his other self(s), Squidward doing whatever he wants and being happy just because he thinks he's dreaming..Mr.Krabs giving mini pay-checks to all the copies plus SB.... I really liked the ending too, Plankton said that SB is unique in his own kind, this was so sweet :) For some reason I also really liked the beggining with SB , Karen and Plankton disco party-ing together...Overall, I think it deserves a 9/10

Um... what was so great about this episode? I really don't see it.

I mean, it's decent. Compared to Plankton's other episodes in Season 9b, it's fast-paced, colorful and creative. But I can't think of anything to say about this generic cloning plot. I've seen it in The Simpsons, I've seen it in Jimmy Neutron, I've seen it in My Little Pony, The Fairly Odd Parents, Kim Possible, Gravity Falls and all the other instances of the Cloning Blues trope and there's nothing creative or different about CopyBob's take. It would probably be one of my least favorites of Season 9 if it wasn't so darn forgettable compared to all the other cartoons that did this same story.

And somehow it's the highest rated episode of Season 9... could someone please tell me why?

I just thought the ep was one of the funniest SB episodes in a while. Almost every gag hits and the pacing is fast in a fun way. I agree that this type of plot has been done, multiple times but i'm a sucker for cloning plot. So yeah.
