194b. The Sewers of Bikini Bottom

This is my second favorite episode beside Squid Plus One.

Squidward and Spongebob flashing random things down the toilet (Including Krabby Patties, which I'm sure Squidward did on purpose.) was funny.

Squidward‘s line (I've got the fry cook back from the toilet and you can have your Krabby Patties as soon as I get the fry cook out of the toilet.) were funny.

Squidward being grossed out by getting in the toilet at first, questioning why he was doing it but doing it anyways was good.

Also, the big snake chasing Squidward and Spongebob in and out of every pipe felt like a classic Scooby-Doo moment to me.

Also the moments inside the snake were funny.

All around, it's a 10/10!!!

Season: 9

Episode: The Sewers of Bikini Bottom

This episode was terrific. The plot was fantastic. It was Nice to see Kaz writing again. It really felt like a pre movie episode to me. Although, Spongebob and Squidward's plot was better than Krabs' plot imo, it was still pretty enjoyable. There were many funny jokes. 9.5/10

For whatever reason, the snake saying "uh-oh" made me laugh so hard I had to pause the episode.

Anyways this is my favorite episode of the season, it stood out for being very different but still had that old Spongebob charm. Even more so than the rest of post-sequel.

This episode have one of the best plot set up out of all episodes. So basically SpongeBob flushes a mop down the toilet and Squidward goes all "lol that funny lets do it again" and starts flushing everything in the Krusty Krab. I absolutely lost it at that part.

This episode is one of my favorite Modern SB episodes as for once finally, the chemistry between Spongebob and Squidward feels nice and smooth. I would recommend this episode for almost everyone. 10/10. Also, 5.6/10 on IMDb (4.8 on tv.com). Really? You want to know what else has similar rating? Choir Boys! What would you rather watch? This or Spongebob intentionally attempt to destroy Squidward's dreams. That just goes to show you can't follow the IMDb (or tv.com) rating for anything.

This episode was very good. I thought Squidward and Krabs were brilliant in this.

9/10

I LOVE IT SO MUCH! 10/10!

This episode was GREAT...It was really unique !!! Funny quotes and not boring....I liked it when Squidward said ''That so unsanitary'' :P and he has done even worse.. :P But still a really great episode, 9.5/10

This episode was great! It had some awesome parts to it like the "Sewer, sewer, cha, cha, cha!" and the two plots going on at once.

Overall Score: 9/10

This was a pretty mediocre episode. Plenty of good set-ups for jokes were wasted, and what's there wasn't executed very well. Even the one good gag of the episode, Squidward having fun flushing stuff down the toilet, wasn't done very well. The episode had me bored from start to finish, it's saving grace being only that nothing was particularly awful. Unfortunately, the episode was a 4.5/10 for me.

Ultimately the episode had potential to be hilarious, especially during Spongebob and Squidward's segment, but failed to capitalize on a good plot. It is probably the most disappointing episode of season 9 so far for me for that reason, for not being awful, but wasting good potential.

Plot-wise this is one of my favorites in season 9, and SpongeBob and Squidward's journey is really enjoyable.

8.5/10

This episode is very heavy on the plot, and I like the journey SpongeBob and Squidward go on. There are also a few funny jokes. Unfortunately, the subplot drags this episode down for me. Aside from relating to the pipes, it didn't really need to be there. Sure, the ending where the sewer snake is beaten was cool, but otherwise, the addition of this plot felt forced and not natural. Still, it's not enough to ruin the episode for me. 6/10

I found this episode quite interesting. It actually focused on the sewers and it was actually very interesting to see SpongeBob and Squidward in a "journey", kinda similar to Pizza Delivery, but it isn't a rip-off or anything. More like looking for thr Krabby Patty formula, when both of them were responsible. I'm glad I saw Squidward being more in-character in this one. I'm not saying that he's unlikeable in the show, because I usually like his character, but it was actually nice to see him caring in this episode, especially for something like the Krabby Patty formula, something that he never really knew about the secret in Plankton's Army, despite cooking them in other episodes. I'm surprised that the Krusty Stadium or whatever you call it actually made an appearance in this episode with the football court. Not a sports fan, but it actually felt a nice addition to it and that scene along with Mr. Krabs and those two guys ws still focused on the main plot of the episode. I actually quite enjoyed it and liked the part where they took the stuff from the Krusty Krab and flush them. I also realized that the episode was pretty fast-paced compared to the other ones, especially the ending when they found the formula and the customers running away. It's a great episode if you ask me. I have to finish Season 9 yet and it looks good so far.

In my opinion, this episode is actually pretty good. Despite how often we see them together, it's kinda rare for SpongeBob to have a common goal, and to be working together and not having SpongeBob annoy Squidward or something. So, the episode gets points for that. It's also just a more unique plot, with there being a stadium and sewers and whatnot. The humor is pretty normal, nothing too out there, and nothing too bland. I think I'll give it a 6.8/10

Good episode, i like both side story (mostly Spongebob and Squidward story) and the sewer snake chase was funny.

8,5/10

Also, Charlton can defeat Thanos even with the Infinity Gauntlet.

Good episode. It felt a little gross, but the episode itself is funny, and has a great storyline. Definitely one worth watching.
