15a. Sleepy Time

This episode was okay. Patrick's dream was hilarious. Squidward's was honestly annoying. Pearl's made me mad for some odd reason. The end was a bit mean for my taste. The rest, I had no opinion or comment on. Seems like one of those cases where everyone's mad at SpongeBob and I feel really bad for him. I'll give it a 7/10.
 
I LOVE THIS EPISODE!!! It's cool to see other people's dreams.
 
I saw a theory on TVTropes about this episode that I actually agree with.

"Sleepy Time" and "Suds" are sister episodes. The theory is that the entirety of "Sleepy Time" is a fever dream that Spongebob had when he was really sick in the latter episode. With this in mind, the episode makes more sense. This is why everyone was being a jerk at the end.

That's what the episode feels like- a fever dream. Not particularly funny, just really weird. The only part I found really funny was Patrick's dream.

Also, doesn't it seem weird that Spongebob didn't want to join in on Pearl's tea party? Normally he loves things like that!
 
A good episode. It's your typical season 1 episode (very simple) and it's enjoyable enough. 7.5/10

This episode was very good. The plot was good. I liked the dream sequences. There were some funny jokes. 8.5/10
 
Pretty cool concept with Mr. Krabs' dream being my favorite of the ones in it. The only one I wasn't a fan of was Pearl's, but the rest of the episode was good. 9/10.
 
I would say 9/10 or 10/10 since this is a funny and creative episode but that scene at the end REALLY [self-censored] me off (how did they know Spongebob invaded their dreams, and if so, why do they care?) so 7/10.
 
Some of the coolest environments in the show and it has very funny moments. I am a fan of it even if it doesn't make sense.

Good episode, one of the better S1 episodes until the end. The end makes me angry. How would they know SB invaded their dreams? Why are they mad about it? They were nice to SB in the dream. One of the few S1 episodes with "insulting bad" in it.
 
I was always so excited when this came on when I was really young. This was really a creative plot and the dreams were really interesting. The ending was kind of confusing and upsetting though. 9/10
 
I really enjoy this episode, but the ending is awful and honestly one of the worst endings of the show and definitely in premovie, needs to be talked about more often. It even kind of feels like Gone's ending with "Don't we get enough of you during the day, Spongebob?"!
 
This could've been a perfect episode, but the ending is just very silly. I don't get how they knew SpongeBob went to their dreams. It's not something they should really care about or anything. I never even liked the ending even when I watched it for the first time. It's just silly. On the positive note, the way the episode started and continued was really interesting. I liked most dreams in this episode, espexially Gary's. It's probably the best one in my opinion, because it looks very sophisticated to me compared to the others. Squidward's was unexpecting after SpongeBob turned himself into a clarinette, Patrick's was a good one. I liked all the others as well, but Mr. Krabs' ended up kinda weird. It's a great episode overall, but if it weren't for the ending, it would one of my favorites. But no, it isn't one of my favorites in Season 1. Great episod, but no.
 
This is great, i don't know why this episode doesn't get more love, This episode also has rapid fire comedy and creative plot.
