12b. Employee of the Month

One of my favorite episodes of season 1. The antics Spongebob and Squidward do in this are great, and this episode is definitely very memorable. 10/10.
 
My favorite part: the running animation for SpongeBob.

Everything else was also amazing.

This is a very funny episode, surprised it's not talked about as often. One of the best of S1.
 
Amazing episode....I can't believe no one talks about it!!!It has a lot of powerful ,humorous scenes , the ending is ALSO so FUNNY...it includes everything an episode should have...it has potential...it is good and works well 10/10
 
My God, I hate this episode.....I didn't mind Seasons 1-3, though I prefer Seasons 4-10 (yes, Season 10 premiered in the US on October 15th, 2016) and I don't mind the bad episodes as much as anyone else, though I hate The Splinter, A Pal for Gary, etc. The ending of this episode is just so scary, I got freaked out by it as a kid. The crazy, bloodshot-eyed SpongeBob and Squidward going psycho and destroying the restaurant, while this stupid, fast Hawaiian track played faster and faster in the background....Ugh.....

I rate it -5 out of 10 stars. What a piece of crap, and in Season 1 too....
 
This is another of my favorites, I laugh soo much when watching this episode, man do I wish Squidward and Squilliam would do what Squidward and SpongeBob did in this episode, I'd watch it over and over again.
 
A very interesting competitive dynamic between Squidward and SpongeBob is what makes this episode hilarious.
They should do more with SpongeBob having a competitive streak...he can be rather entertaining when he's more active than passive.

This is a great episode. I love how sponge bob and Squidward trying to be the better employee. This is a GOLDEN episode and 11/10
 
I love it. My favorite of Season 1. Just like Mrs. Puff, You're Fired, it took me a while to watch it the first time, but once I watched it, I couldn't stop watching it. I love how frantic SpongeBob and Squidward are and Mr. Krabs is just like "what". Definitely one of my favorites.

Painfully underrated. It's an episode that nobody really talks about for some reason. I think that this episode is really good and it's a really fun SpongeBob and Squidward rivalry episode

This one was pretty good. The rivalry between Spongebob and Squidward is really funny, and they're both written wonderfully. Not a big fan of the ending though. One thing I never understood about this episode was how the characters thought that Squidward even had a chance of winning the award, but it doesn't skew my enjoyment of the episode. It's still a really funny episode with some great writing.
