What if SpongeBob SquarePants: Adult Party Cartoon airs?

I'm here to ask about your opinions. Aside from the writers trying to turn SpongeBob SquarePants into Ren & Stimpy, what do you think if Nickelodeon created a new series, the Ren & Stimpy version of SpongeBob, called SpongeBob SquarePants: Adult Party Cartoon?

Don't you know Ren & Stimpy, especially Ren & Stimpy Adult Party Cartoon?
 
I know the first is a show but I never really heard of the second thing.

I think they could if they wanted to, and I would definitely still watch it because it’s Spongebob, but I don’t think it would turn out very good. It would be difficult to get used to the characters behaving differently. In my opinion, I would argue against it.
 
You know, Spike originally wanted to do this, but Stephen rejected it. I wonder if they would have left it alone and let Steve do what he want. Sailor Mouth uncensored, perhaps? Knowing classic SpongeBob's humor, that might be the only outright TV-MA episode, with all the others being rated TV-14.

It means it's the adult version of the original Ren and Stimpy. It's like Family Guy and The Simpsons. Unlike the original, RS: APC is filled with gross-outs and extremely violated the cartoon logic. Stimpy's Pregnant is the perfect example of violating cartoon logic, since MALES ARE NOT ::dolphin noise::ING PREGNANT!!! It makes the older Ren and Stimpy fans upset and pissed them so hard. The most horrible, horrendous episodes here are Stimpy's Pregnant and Ren Seeks Help. That's why Nickelodeon fans prefer the original Ren and Stimpy than this ::dolphin noise::ty APC.

Look, I heard the reviews. I'm not really a huge fan of Ren and Stimpy (I don't realy hate them.) but I hate RS APC the most. Luckily, I did not watch both Ren seeks Help and Stimpy's Pregnant. :patgross: I don't wanna hear about it. I just wanna know if SpongeBob will have an Adult Party Cartoon. My answer is NO!
 
Hardly a good idea, considering Nick still markets this show to kids. At least with Ren & Stimpy, it was a couple years after the show was cancelled, and even then it’s hard to imagine the original as a show aimed at children.
 
Nick would never do this. Ren and Stimpy was already well known for it's gross-out/adult humor. Giving it an adult-centered, spin-off made sense, whereas SpongeBob is an international phenomenon, universally recognized by children all over the world. Nick would never risk their biggest property by giving it an adult-centered spin-off.
 
Bad idea. Because making an "adult" version will only make it look Juvenile and Edgy, and that's not what SpongeBob is, despite having infamous moments.
