I have those three Sponge, Squid and Pat figures. I believe, like yours, the former two don't work anymore and the latter still does. Have to smack em real hard with my hand or any surface in order to get something out of him.
That animator's marquette thingy looks familiar. I believe I had received that without packaging, and yet I have to say it was never my favorite SpongeBob figure/toy. I'd often leave it out whenever playing with the other toys.
I also have a version of the talking SpongeBob you showed early on in the video, but that ain't rare; it was a product exclusive to the toy store branch I got it from - it sings the theme tune, but has a terrible SpongeBob VO when it comes to pressing its hand for jokes. They sell new versions of this talking/singing toy in multiple stores now.
