Has anyone who has watched SpongeBob and paid real close attention to the Bikini Bottom police. Have you ever stopped and wondered, do they just clubs? Or do they have actual guns? Yes, SpongeBob isn't a show where you'd see that sort of thing. I wouldn't say SpongeBob is a kid's show, because even adults watch it to. But the last question you'd ever ask someone who watches SpongeBob, is why don't the Bikini Bottom police have guns and don't they use guns?

And that thought probably wouldn't cross your mind either if you've watch another innocent movie. Like say, Toy Story? But! Someone made a video about Woody not having a gun either, eventhough he Has a Holster.

So, going back to SpongeBob, do you think Guns are Nonexistent in their underwater world? What do you suppose their laws would be involving those sorts of things? And what are your thoughts on the video to?
 
I guess, the Only rules in this topic is, Don't just use "It's a kid's show." Because, as I've stated, adults watch this too.

There should be thought and meaningful replies to this question.
 
I don't think Nickelodeon like guns in SpongeBob. Plus it's a kids show.

While stuff like machine guns exist in BB (sure it's a condiment gun, but still a gun):

I think it's one of those instances where the cops don't carry guns, you always see them with their night sticks, which are always highly effective.
 
As long it does not have bullets.
 
Bikini Bottom is a small city, and people there seem to be nice, so I guess they don't use guns, because there isn't much crimes there.

I'm rather curious about their laws. I Know they don't like littering.

Judging by the picture, I guess that's a Loop-hole for a gun.

I'd hate to be hit with one of those.

Unfortunatelly that thing you don't want to hear must be said, "it's a kids show"...


It's the only thing that explain they don't using guns.... I was thinking, there were even a Strangler in Bikini Bottom, a guy who was paid to kill SpongeBob and Patrick(Denis).
Idk it Bikini Bottom is peaceful or not...

I guess I can't get around the "it's a kids show" thing, I just hate the over use of it here recently.

Their laws may, or may not be the same as ours or, not as Bad as we have in our world.

But, yes...Strangltion (I hope I spelled that right.) and, Paid assassins are major crimes for such a seamlessly innocent show.

Weaponry exists in SpongeBob history. Some of the weapons in the show is harpoon gun (Fungus Among Us and The Thing), instead of real life assault rifle. And it's only used by SWAT team

I haven't seen that episode so I didn't know about that.
