Jellyfish jelly. It's weird and a little gross that they "milk" the jellyfish to get it but I suppose it's like the SpongeBob universe's equivalent to honey, since the jellyfish have hives. Squidward said it was strawberry flavoured when he got squirted in "Jellyfish Jam".

Yeah. And those thinks that Krabs was serving in Jellyfishhunter. I also figured in the SB universe that Jellyfish are supposed to be half Butterfly and half Bee. Half butterfly due to SB and Pat cataches them in a net like Butterflies. And Bees cause they sting almost like Bees and they produce jelly like bees produce honey.
