My truly disgusting scene: when Spongebob show his "tatto" to Patrick in "Kenny the Cat" Episode

Squidward choking on a fork in "Naughty Nautical Neighbors." I just can't stand choking scenes. They look so painful.... D:

Also, Squidward getting his nose ripped off in "Clams." We all saw it coming but it sounded so painful
 
One of the close-ups of the rotten patty in "To Love A Patty" ... the one with lots of maggots. I hate maggots. That's the only gross thing in the show that has ever made me physically gag.

Even if it's gross, it's pretty well animated in my honest opinion.
 
While I actually don't mind gross out scenes, I thought I'd mention one that doesn't get talked about too often:

There's a whole comic in one of the Spongebob annuals about Spongebob and Patrick making kittens out of their belly button fluff which just demonstrates how some Spongebob comics have worse plots than actual episodes. And that includes Face Freeze.

In my honest opinion that one is not really gross. It is kinda "comic-ish" so for some reason it's bearable to watch.

In my opinion it's not that gross. I find it either cringe-worthy.
 
Nothing really grosses me out on the show. Even the toenail scene is pretty funny. Nasty Patty's quotes and hilarity takes the 'what could've been gross' out of the patty.
