Agreed with all except the dummy twist.

Anyway, when Sponge and Pat's underwear falls down in the Fry Cook Games, and they are wearing those colors.

Oh yeah, the part where SpongeBob realizes that his shirt's on backwards in Missing Identity.
 
I'd have to say......
1) Santa being real (and insane) in the first Christmas special
2) Shell City being a gift shop, (a nice eerie callback to "Hooky" from season 1.)
3) Spongebob actually finding a hydrodynamic spatuler in "Help Wanted" and earning his job in the most bada$$ way imaginable
 
what has been bothering me is in the secret box the photo is a picture of spongebob and the christmas party?what chirstmas party?the reason i ask is because there hasn't been a christmas special until the first christmas special happened because noobody knew what christmas was until the first christmas special episode.so the question is how did patrick get that photo of spongebob from the christmas party if they didn't know what christmas was until the very first christmas special aired?because how did patrick get that photo if nobody knew what christmas was?until the chrismas special aired nobody knew what christamas was.than sandy told spongebob what christmas was.and spongebob goes around telling people about christmas.so yeah how did patrick get that photo before the christmas special aired if he didn't know what christmas was?

1. In production order, Christmas Who? comes before The Secret Box
2. The entirety of Christmas Who? is Patchy telling the story of Spongebob's very first Christmas, something that already happened
 
Shell City being a gift shop and the characters becoming super heroes (if the latter hadn't been ruined by the trailers).
 
The marriage scene in Truth or Square. Definitely not the best, but it was a plot twist for me.
 
Arrr, I hated the plot twist in Dumped.
