I don't want to get anybody too excited in case for some reason this turns out to be untrue or a misunderstanding, but Kaz's Facebook page currently lists his occupation as "Writer/SpongeBob SquarePants at Nickelodeon". I know that he has been working on SpongeBob Comics, but they are not based at Nickelodeon.

If you don't know who Kaz is, he worked on episodes such as Nasty Patty, Wet Painters and Chocolate With Nuts.

You know, I think it might mean he's coming back. He's been off the show for, what, twelve years? Unless that hasn't been updated since he left, I think it means he's coming back. I'm only so positive about it because he could have said "writer of underworld comics" or "SpongeBob comics writer" or even "Phineas and Ferb writer" which he did for a while.

I think you should send him a Facebook message and ask him just to be sure. I mean you were able to talk to RR Cory and get some info.

Does he use his Twitter anymore? I thought I saw a response from him that said "Popeye: Another thing I got is a sensk of humiligration."

I heard of Supmandude that Dreamworks will shutting down (Supmandude or others, correct me if i'm wrong), and there's a chance he might come back.

Yeah, Dreamworks is shutting down its animation department. I don't think Kaz worked there, though, Derek Drymon did.
 
I honestly hope the show regains it's former glory. It'd be great to see some new "awesome" episodes.
